ANALYSISԱդրբեջանական սադրանքների նպատակն է խոչընդոտել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո խաղաղ բանակցությունների վերսկսմանն ու վիժեցնել տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը: Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տարածած հայտարարությունում:
«Օգոստոսի 16-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը սադրիչ գործողություններ են ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանամերձ հատվածներում՝ Երասխ բնակավայրի, Սյունիքի մարզի Սև լճի մոտակայքում և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ուղղությամբ` թիրախավորելով սահմանամեձ համայնքների խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զենքերից արձակվող կրակոցները Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթքի հատվածում շարունակվել են նաև օգոստոսի 17-ին:
Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ իրականացրած հրաձգության հետևանքով օգոստոսի 16-ին դիպուկահարի արձակած կրակոցից Երասխի հատվածում մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել ՀՀ ԶՈւ զինծառայող Վահան Թաթոսյանը, իսկ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ուղղությամբ հակառակորդի կողմից արձակված կրակոցից՝ զինծառայող Արման Հակոբյանը: Օգոստոսի 17-ին հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մեկ զինծառայող։ Խորին ցավակցություն ու զորակցություն ենք հայտնում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներին և հարազատներին, ինչպես նաև շուտափույթ ապաքինում՝ վիրավոր զինծառայողին:
Հատկանշական է, որ այս գործողությունները զուգորդվում են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության ու տարածքային ամբողջականության և Արցախի դեմ ուժ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության կողմից հնչող սպառնալիքների հետ:
Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ադրբեջանական կողմից սադրիչ գործողությունները, որոնք ակնհայտորեն նպատակ ունեն վտանգելու դեէսկալացիայի ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերը և խաթարելու տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունը և խաղաղությունը: Դրանք նպատակաուղղված են խոչընդոտելու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո խաղաղ բանակցությունների վերսկսումը, ինչպես նաև վիժեցնելու տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը և բոլոր հաղորդակցության միջոցների բացումը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հետևողականորեն պաշտպանելու է իր ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման ու իր հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքը»,- նշված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում:
