Սեւանը հրաշք լիճ է, ոչ թե պղտոր բակ, որից անընդհատ կարելի է ջուր վերցնել․ բնապահպան
ECONOMICSՄենք Սեւանա լիճը դադարում ենք պահպանել որպես էկոհամակարգի հրաշք, եւ այն օգտագործում ենք ուղղակի որպես ջրամբար։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Թռչնասերների կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ, բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած օրինագծին, որով Սեւանա լճից ջրի բացթողնման տարեկան առավելագույն չափաքանակ կսահմանվի մինչեւ 245 մլն մ3։
«Անընդհատ պատճառաբանում են, որ գյուղատնտեսության համար ջուրը քիչ է, եւ դրա համար են այդքան ջրբացթողումները։ Մոտ երեք տարի առաջ էլ այդ հիմնավորմամբ նման նախագիծ ընդունեցին, սակայն երբ գնացինք երկու-երեք գյուղ, տեսանք, որ գյուղացին ջրբացթողումից հետո էլ մնացել է առանց ջուր, իսկ Արմավիրի մարզում էլ մարդիկ անգամ փողոց էին փակել»,- նշեց նա։
Բնապահպանի խոսքով՝ հասկանալի է, որ Սեւանից վերցվող ջուրը միայն գյուղատնտեսական հարցերի համար չէ օգտագործվում։
«Սեւանի ջուրն անխնա կերպով օգտագործվում է էներգետիկ կարիքների համար, ինչը լիովին անընդունելի է։ Բա մենք չե՞նք տեսնում, որ ատոմակայանը վերանորոգում են, հարց չի՞ առաջանում, թե որտեղից այդ էներգիան։ Եվ հնարավոր է նաեւ այդ ջուրն օգտագործվի մասնավոր գործունեության համար»,- ընդգծեց Ադամյանը։
Ըստ բնապահպանի՝ բացի այն հանգամանքից, որ ջուրը կարող է օգտագործվել նաեւ էներգետիկ եւ մասնավոր ոլորտների համար, վտանգ կա նաեւ ջրի ծավալի հետ կապված։
«Ջրի ծավալը շատ մեծ է։ Ամեն տարի այդքան ջրային ռեսուրս վերցնել Սեւանից չի կարելի։ Դրա հետեւանքով ջրի ջերմաստիճանը կբարձրանա, ձկնատեսակները եւ բուսականությունը կքչանան, ջրի որակը կվատանա։ Մենք օգտագործում ենք Սեւանա լիճն ամեն ինչի համար, բայց որպես բնության մի մասնիկ, որտեղ կլինի կենդանական աշխարհ, համապատասխան էկոլոգիա, տարիներ շարունակ չի արվում։ Սեւանը հրաշք լիճ է, ոչ թե պղտոր բակ, որից անընդհատ կարելի է ջուր վերցնել։ Այսպես Սեւանը որպես էկոհամակարգ այլեւս գոյություն չի ունենա»,- հավելեց Սիլվա Ադամյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվեց «Սեւանա լճի էկոհամակարգի վերականգնման, պահպանման, վերարտադրման եւ օգտագործման միջոցառումների տարեկան ու համալիր ծրագրերը հաստատելու մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը: Օրինագծով առաջարկվում է 2021 թվականին Սեւանա լճից ջրի բացթողնման տարեկան առավելագույն չափաքանակ սահմանել մինչեւ 245 մլն մ3:
Նախագիծն ընդունվեց 65 կողմ, 18 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ։
Հավելենք, որ գործող իշխանությունը ընդդիմադիր եղած տարիներին հենց այս հարցով քննադատում էր իշխանությանը:
