ԱԺ 8-րդ գումարման պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը մտադրությունը պահեստազորայինների վարժանքներ կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ տարբեր արձագանքների արժանացավ։

Կարծում եմ՝ խնդիրներից մեկն այն է, որ դա կապվում է սահմանին վերջին 3 ամիսներին ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ, ինչը, բնականաբար, չի կարող անհանգստություն չառաջացնել։

Իմ տեսանկյունից, այս վարժանքները մի քանի կարևոր նպատակ ունեն։

Հավաքների արդյունքում մասնակիցների մի մասին, հատկապես սպայական կազմին կամ նրանց, ովքեր կարճ դասընթացից հետո կարող են սպայական հաստիքի նշանակվել, պայմանագրեր են առաջարկելու, որպեսզի ներգրավեն կանոնավոր բանակի շարքեր։

Երկրորդ, հետպատերազմական շրջանում զինված ուժերի մարտունակության բարձրացման քայլերից մեկն էլ՝ նման հավաքների կազմակերպումն է, որը պետք է ունենա հստակ նպատակներ և բովանդակային ընթացք։

Երրորդ, պատերազմի օրերին ծանուցումներ էր բաժանվում մարդկանց, ովքեր 10-15 տարի է արդեն երկրում չեն։ Սա կարևոր է ներկա-բացակա անելու և ցուցակները պատշաճ մակարդակի բերելու համար։

Չորրորդ, առանց մարտունակ պահեստազորի, ՀՀ զինուժն իր խնդիրների մի մասը չի կարող կատարել, ինչպիսի բարեփոխումներ էլ իրականացնի, ինչպիսի սպառազինությունն էլ ձեռք բերվի։

Հինգերորդ, աստիճանաբար, նմանատիպ հավաքների ծրագրերի փոփոխմանը զուգահեռ, պետք է մեծացնել ներգրավող պահեստազորայինների թիվը, մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել նեղ մասնագիտական խմբերին, Հայաստանի առաջնային անվտանգային սպառնալիքներին և հնարավոր ծավալման ուղղություններին։

Կա մի մեծ բաց, որը ինչպես պատերազմի օրերին, այնպես էլ այս հավաքի շեմին, չի իրականացվում։

Քաղաքացիների հետ իրազեկման, գաղափարական աշխատանք չի իրականացվում, մարդկանց չի ներկայացվում կամ ճիշտ չի ներկայացվում այսպիսի հավաքների անհրաժեշտությունը, նպատակահարմարությունը, ինչը հատկապես հետպատերազմական ժամանակահատվածում կարող է մեծ բարդություններ առաջացնել»։
