Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակել են Սյունիքի Արավուս գյուղի ուղղությամբ․ ՄԻՊ-ը ահազանգեր է ստացել

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքի էջում գրել է․ «Այսօր վաղ առավոտյան ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ներկայացվել են ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ այս գիշեր ժամը 12-ից 1-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կրակոցներ են արձակել Սյունիքի մարզի Արավուս գյուղի ուղղությամբ:

Այս տեղեկությունները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին հաստատել են գյուղի բնակիչները և պնդել, որ նշանառու կրակոցներ են արձակվել նաև ՀՀ զինված ուժերի դիրքերի վրա:

Խոսքն Արավուս գյուղի այն հատվածի մասին է, որտեղ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը տեղակայված են քաղաքացիական տներից մի քանի հարյուր մետր հեռու:

Նրանց անմիջապես դիմաց են տեղակայված ՀՀ զինված ուժերը, որոնք կատարում են բնակիչների կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու գործառույթ:

Ըստ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հավաքագրած փաստերի` ադրբեջանական կրակոցները դադարել են Տեղի համայնքային մարմինների, ՀՀ 1-ին բանակային կորպուսի և ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայության հրամանատարության ժամանումից հետո:

Արավուս գյուղի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական  այս գիշերվա կրակոցները հանցավոր են, խաթարում են մարդկանց բնականոն, խաղաղ կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը:

Այս փաստերն ապացուցում են, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներկայությունն ինքնին ՀՀ գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ և համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքի է խախտում է: Նրանք խախտում են նաև մարդկանց սեփականության, ազատ տեղաշարժի և մյուս կենսական իրավունքները:

Ակնհայտ է, որ մարդկանց իրավունքները հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել միայն անվտանգության գոտու պայմաններում»:
