Աֆղանական իրադարձությունների գեոպիլիտիկ արձագանքը Հարավային Կովկասում

Վերջին իրադարձությունները հեռավոր թվացող Աֆղանստանում Հայաստանի վրա չեն կարող չազդել՝ հետեւյալ պատճառներով։
1. Իսլամիստական շարժման հաղթանակը գերտերության աջակցությունը 20 տարի վայելող կառավարության նկատմամբ անխուսափելիորեն բերելու նոր իսլամիստական տրենդին ամբողջ աշխարհում՝ ներառյալ Թուրքիան եւ Ադրբեջանը։
2. Թուրքիայի համար բացվում է երկարաժամկետ խաղի նոր հեռանկար՝ Միջին Ասիայիում, ինչը ավելացնելու է Էրդողանի առանց այդ էլ անառողջ ախորժակը այլ տարածաշրջաններում։
3. Թեպետ այս պահին պաշտոնական Մոսկվան զուսպ է իրադարձությունների նկատմամբ եւ թալիբների հետ երկկողմ շփումների մեխանիզմներ ու փորձ է կուտակում, ակնհայտ է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ասիական հատվածի համար առաջացող նոր մարտահրավերները ՝ տեռորիզմ, միգրացիա, սեպարատիզմ, նարկոտրաֆիկ, գլխացավանք կարող են դառնալ Ռուսաստանի համար, հավելյալ գեոպոլիտիկ լարվածություն եւ առկա սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների վերաբաշխում բերելով։
4. Թալիբները փաստացի հանդիսանում են Պակիստանի «պրոքսի» ուժ, իսկ հայ-պակիստանական հարաբերություններում որեւէ դրական հեռանկար տեսանելի ապագայում բացառված է (հիշեք նաեւ վերջին Արցախյան պատերազմում Պակիստանի թշնամական ներառումը)։
5. Ռուսաստանի սահմանների երկայնքով ապակայունացման նոր օջախների առաջացումը ավելացնելու է լարվածությունը նաեւ Հարավային Կովկասում։
Իսկ մեր երկիրը այս խառը ժամանակներում ղեկավարում է ոչ թե իր ժողովրդին առաջնորդող Մովսեսը, այլ անգլուխ ձիավորը։
