ՌԴ ՊՆ նոր հաղորդագրություն տարածեց
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի զինծառայողներն Արցախի բոլոր շրջանների երեխաների համար անցկացրել են «Երիտասարդ զինվոր» դասընթաց՝ սարերում գոյատևման հիմունքների վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին տեղեկություն է տարածել ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ Արցախի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ծմակահող համայնքի մարզազբոսաշրջային ճամբարում անցկացվել են 13-18 տարեկան երեխաների գործնական պարապմունքներ:
Ըստ ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի, ռուս խաղաղապահները դպրոցականներին պատմել են Արցախում իրենց առաքելության մասին, երեխաներին բացատրել այն վտանգների մասին, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ սակրավորների կողմից չստուգված տարածքում խաղալիս, ինչպես նաև ցույց են տվել առաջին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու եղանակները:
«Այսօր ռուս խաղաղապահները ներկա էին երեխաների համար նախատեսված մարզազբոսաշրջային ճամբարում, որտեղ նրանք երեխաներին ծանոթացրին խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործունեությանը և անցկացրեցին առաջին օգնության դասեր: Մրցույթի ընթացքում երեխաները գործնականում մշակեցին ձեռք բերված տեսական գիտելիքները: Ռուս խաղաղապահները կշարունակեն համագործակցությունը երիտասարդական-մարզական ճամբարների հետ»,-ասել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Կորոլևը:
Ռազմական բժիշկը պատմել և ցուցադրել է առաջին օգնության մեթոդները, թե ինչպես կարելի է ճիշտ դադարեցնել արյունահոսությունը՝ կիրառելով քուղը և որ իրավիճակներում տուժածի չպետք է տեղաշարժել:
«Երեխաների հետ անցկացվեցին դասեր բժշկական ինքնաօգնության և փոխօգնության մեթոդների վերաբերյալ: Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել վնասվածքների դեպքում անշարժացման և արյունահոսության դադարեցման միջոցներին: Երեխաներին դուր եկավ դասընթացը, նրանք արձագանքեցին, ակտիվորեն հարցեր տվեցին և գործնականում լավ աշխատեցին: Երեխաները հիմնական հարցեր ուղղեցին սպորտային և զբոսաշրջային ուղևորությունների ժամանակ վնասվածքներ ստանալու դեպքում բժշկական օգնություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ»,-ասել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Ելենա Մուրադովան:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ «Երիտասարդ զինվոր» միջոցառումն ավարտվեց տարբեր տարիքային խմբերի երեխաների միջև խոչընդոտները հաղթահարելու պարաններով ժայռերից իջնելու մրցույթով:
«Մենք փորձում ենք համագործակցել և շփվել ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ բոլոր ոլորտներում, հաճախ նրանց անվանում ենք «մեր խաղաղապահներ»: Ճամբարը հիանալի հարթակ է, որտեղ կարող եք միասին նախագծեր և գաղափարներ կազմակերպել: Մենք պաշտոնապես դիմեցինք ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարին՝ կարգապահության և մասնագիտությունների գծով աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու խնդրանքով: Առաջին հերթին, դա վերաբերում էր առաջին օգնություն ցուցաբերելուն, շրջակա միջավայրում ու տարբեր իրավիճակներում կողմնորոշվելուն և սպորտային-ինտելեկտուալ միջոցառումների կազմակերպմանը: Այս ամենը կազմակերպվեց արագ և արդյունավետ: Այսօր առաջին օրն է, ես հավատում եմ, որ երեխաները շատ օգտակար տեղեկատվություն ստացան, հուսով եմ, որ դա նրանց կյանքում պետք չի գա, բայց բոլորը պետք է դրանք իմանան»,-ասել է մարզատուրիստական ճամբարի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը:
