Հունաստանի արտգործնախարարը բացատրել է հույն դեսպանի` օկուպացված Շուշի այցի պատճառները
ANALYSISՀունաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Նիկոս Դենդիասն անդրադարձել է Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված Շուշիի տարածք Հունաստանի դեսպանի այցի պատճառներին: Այս մասին հայտնում է Infoteka24-ը:
«Հունաստանն, ինչպես հայտնի է, Հայաստանի հետ պահպանում է հրաշալի, պատմական ու բարեկամական հարաբերություններ: Հայաստանի համար դժվար պահերին Հունաստանը կանգնել է նրա և հայ ժողովրդի կողքին: Ես Երևան եմ այցելել 2020 թ. հոկտեմբերի 16-ին, երբ ԼՂ-ում դեռ շարունակվում էին ռազմական գործողությունները՝ իմ այցով համերաշխության մասին ուղերձ փոխանցելով: Ի պատասխան մեր երկրին ուղղված խնդրանքի և մեր ԱԳՆ համակարգմամբ՝ Հունաստանը 2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ին և 2021 թ. հունվարի 8-ին հումանիտար օժանդակության երկու առաքելություն է իրականացրել (բժկշկական նյութեր և սննդամթերք)՝ դրանով իսկ ցուցաբերելով փաստացի աջակցություն ու համերաշխություն:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես հայտնի է, Հունաստանը 1992 թ.-ից դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ է պահպանում Ադրբեջանի հետ: Երկկողմ հարաբերություններում ճգնաժամից հետո 2020 թ. աշնանը Հունաստանի դեսպանը վերադարձավ Բաքու, որտեղ իր պարտականություններից ելնելով հետևում է տեղի իրադարձություններին: Բացի այդ, Հունաստանի՝ իբրև ԵՄ անդամ երկրի հնարավորությունների համատեքստում մեր դեսպանությունը Բաքվում իր գործունեությունը համակարգում է գործընկերների հետ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով նմանատիպ հրավերներին վեց բացասական պատասխաններից հետո մեր դեսպանի որոշումը՝ ընդունել երկրի ԱԳՆ հրավերը, որն ընդունվել է եվրոպական դեսպանությունների մեծամասնության կողմից, որևէ պարագայում չի կարող ընդունվել որպես հայացքների հաստատում կամ ընդունող կողմի գործողությունների ճանաչում, դեռ չենք խոսում հանդիսություններին, ավելի ճիշտ՝ տոնակատարությանը մասնակցության մասին:
Այս այցը տեղի է ունեցել ԵՄ անդամ-երկրների դեսպանությունների միջև համակարգման, դիտարկման անհրաժեշտության և նախարարություն հստակ տեղեկատվության փոխանցման համատեքստում:
