ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել
SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, որի համաձայն, նախատեսվում է 2021թ. օգոստոսի 25-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 25-ը անցկացնել պահեստազորայինների վարժական հավաքներ և ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող մարմիններից ներգրավել տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, սահմանվում են վարժական հավաքների անցկացման հետ կապված հարաբերությունները:
Նախագծի համաձայն, ղեկավարվելով «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 58-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և «Պաշտպանության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` ՀՀ կառավարությունը կորոշի․
1․ Հայտարարել պահեստազորի առաջին խմբի առաջին կարգում հաշվառված շարքային, ենթասպայական և սպայական կազմերի պահեստազորայինների վարժական հավաքներ` երեք ամիս ժամկետով` 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 25-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 25-ը:
2․ Վարժական հավաքներին ներգրավել ընդհանուր մինչև 2169 քաղաքացու, որոնցից 1164-ը՝ շարքային կազմի, 254-ը` ենթասպայական կազմի, 751-ը` սպայական կազմի պահեստազորայիններ՝ մոտոհրաձգային, հրթիռահրետանային, կապի, հետախուզական, ինժեներական մասնագիտություններով:
3․ Վարժական հավաքների ապահովման համար՝ երեք ամիս ժամկետով` 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 25-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 25-ը, ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող մարմիններից ներգրավել ընդհանուր մինչև 110 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոց՝ համաձայն հավելվածի:
4․ Սահմանել, որ վարժական հավաքները հայտարարվում են պահեստազորայինների ռազմական ունակությունների կատարելագործման և վերապատրաստման, նրանց հետ կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն, ըստ անհրաժեշտության մարտական հերթապահության ներգրավման նպատակով:
5․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարին՝ ապահովել վարժական հավաքներին ներգրավվող պահեստազորայինների բուժհետազոտումը, ըստ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների:
6․ Թույլատրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարին՝ վարժական հավաքների անցկացման ժամկետում անհրաժեշտությունը վերանալու դեպքում վարժական հավաքներին ներգրավված քաղաքացիներին ժամկետից շուտ արձակել պահեստազոր, իսկ ներգրավված տրանսպորտային միջոցները վերադարձնել ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող համապատասխան մարմիններին:
