Կրակոցները հատուկ լուսարձակող են ու արվում են այնպես, որ տեսանելի լինի քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար` ահաբեկելու նպատակով։

Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի գյուղերից պարբերաբար ստանում ենք պարբերական ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները կրակոցներ են արձակում նաև հարբած վիճակում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։

«Ընդ որում, այս դեպքում կրակոցները հատուկ լուսարձակող են ու արվում են այնպես, որ տեսանելի լինի քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար` ահաբեկելու նպատակով: Այդ դեպքերում գիշեր ժամանակ հաճախ միացնում են բնակիչներին անհանգստություն պատճառող բարձր երաժշտություն, գոռգոռում, այսինքն` կատարում են խուլիգանական արարքներ:

Նման ահազանգեր ստանում ենք 2020թ. դեկտեմբերից սկսած»,-նշել է Թաթոյանը:

Նա հավելել է, որ խոսքը այն գյուղերի մասին է, որոնց անմիջական հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը միջազգային իրավունքի պահանջների կոպիտ խախտումներով տեղակայվել են պատերազմից հետո ու հատկապես 2021թ. մայիսի 12-13-ի ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք անօրինական ներխուժումներից հետո:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից նշված ահազանգերի ուսումնասիրությունները վկայում են, որ ադրբեջանական կրակոցները դադարում են ՀՀ զինված ուժերի բնակչությանը պաշտպանող կանխարգելիչ գործողություններից հետո:

Ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումներն օգոստոսի 6-ին`ժամը 12:10-ի սահմանում, տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից կրակ են բացել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Երասխի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։

Նշենք, որ հուլիսի 28-ին ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները հերթական անգամ դիմել էին սադրանքի և խախտել հրադադարը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի հյուսիսարևելյան հատվածում: Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը համաձայնել էին Մոսկվայի միջնորդությամբ դադարեցնել կրակը։

Սակայն դրան հաջորդող օրերին նույնպես ադրբեջանցիները պարբերաբար խախտում են պայմանավորվածությունը` կրակելով հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։

Ավելին` հուլիսի 29–ի լույս 30–ի գիշերը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Գեղարքունիքի հատվածում արձանագրվել են ԱԹՍ-ների՝ ՀՀ օդային տարած մուտք գործելու փորձեր։

Հուլիսի 30–ին խոցվել է Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ սպառազինության մեջ գտնվող «Aerostar» տիպի ԱԹՍ, որի բեկորներն ընկել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վանեվան գյուղից 3.5 կիլոմետր դեպի հյուսիս։

Հուլիսի 31-ին ադրբեջանցիները կրակ են բացել Երասխի ուղղությամբ, փորձել ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ կատարել, ավելի ուշ նրանք կրակել են սնունդ տեղափոխող մեքենայի վրա։
