Բաժանման պատճառը մարդիկ հաճախ նշում են այն, որ չեն համընկել նրանց բնավորությունները։ Բայց սա ընդամենը միֆ է։ Հոգեբան Ջոն Գոթմանը վերջին 40 տարիները անցկացրել է հետազոտություններում՝ արդյոք ի՞նչն է ազդում հարաբերությունների որակի, սիրո պահպանվան վրա։
Նրա խոսքերով՝ տարբեր բնավորություններն ու աշխարհայացքները պատճառ չեն հանդիսանում բաժանման համար։ Սա ընդամենը պատրվակ է։ Իսկ պառճառն այն է, որ մարդիկ չեն կարողանում շբվել, քննարկել իրենց կարծիքները և ընդունել դիմացինի կարծիքը։ Եվս մի ուշագրավ պահ՝ այն, որ մարդիկ ստեղծում են իրենց համար իդեալ, իրենց կողակցին դնում են այդ շրջանակի մեջ և երբ իրենց երկրորդ կեսը այդ իդեալին չի համապատասխանում, հիասթափություն են ապրում։
Ի դեպ, սա սեփական պատվախնդրության հարց է, քանի որ մենք զգում ենք, որ մարդիկ մեզ դատում են՝ ելնելով մեր կատարած ընտրությունից։
Գոթմանը առանձնացնում է 5 նշան, որոնք, ըստ հոգեբանության, վկայում են այն մասին, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները երկար կյանք կունենան․
1․ Մենք սկսում ենք խոսակցությունները՝ հատկապես ամենանրբանկատները, շատ նուրբ ու բարիացակամ, ինչպես կխոսեինք անծանոթ մարդու կամ կոլեգայի հետ։
Դուք չեք քննադատում, բայց բողոքում եք, ասում եք՝ ինչ ձեզ դուր չի գալիս, բայց նրա նվաստացնելու տոնով։ «Դու ծույլ ես/ անպատասխանատու/ հիմար, դրա համար էլ դա պատահեց» ասելու փոխարեն, ավելի լավ է ասեք՝ «Ինձ հաճելի չէ, որ դա պատահեց»։ Երբ խոսակցությունը սկսում է քննադատությամբ, հեգնանքով, արհամարանքով, չարությամբ կամ մեղադրանքով, ձեր երկրորդ կեսը ենթագիտակցորեն ընդունում է պաշտպանողական դիրք և նորմալ խոսելու հավանականությունն անհետանում է։ Խնդրի արմաները՝ ներքին համոզմունքն է, որ ձեր կողակիցը ձեզանից ցածր է, այլ ոչ թե ձեզ հավասար։ Երբ դուք կարծում եք՝ ձեր զուգընկերը ձեզ հավասար է, դուք նրա հետ վարվում եք այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանիք, որ ձեզ հետ վարվեին։
2․ Ձեզանից ոչ ոք արժանի չի արհամարանքի՝ ոչ մեկդ մյուսի նկատմամբ, ոչ էլ այլոց։
Ծաղրանքը, վիրավորանքը՝ հեգնանքի մարտավարություն է, որը օգտագործում են դպրոցում և, այն անընդունելի է հասուն մարդկանց հարաբերություններում։
3․ Դուք պատրաստ եք մեղքը ձեզ վրա վերցնել, որովհետև հասկանում եք, որ ցանկացած խնդրում մեղավոր եք երկուսդ էլ։
4․ Դուք չեք ձգտում ցույց տալ նրան՝ որքան սխալ է նա։ Ձեր մոտեցումը ՝ «Այսպես, մենք ունենք խնդիր, և պետք է այն լուծել, ինչպե՞ս ենք այն լուծելու, այլ ոչ թե ո՞վ է մեղավոր»։
5․ Շբում, շբում ու էլի շբում։ Սովորաբար վեճերից հետ տղամարդիկ պարփակվում են իրենց մեջ ու հաճախ հենց դա է հարաբերությունների խնդրի առարկան դառնում։ Կանայք ավելի բաց են ու ցանկանում են, որ իրենց լսեն։
