ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը կարծում է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային կոնֆլիկտի քաղաքական կարգավորման հնարավորությունները սպառված չեն, և անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել աշխատանքներն այդ ուղղությամբ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան-Ռուսաստան ձևաչափով:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը ասել է Արարատի զորամաս կատարած այցի ժամանակ՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողի հարցին, թե ի՞նչ առաջարկներ է մշակել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը սահմանային իրավիճակի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ և ինչո՞ւ կազմակերպությունը, այնուամենայնիվ, հստակ և պարզ գնահատական չի տալիս հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցող միջադեպերին:

Գլխավոր քարտուղարի խոսքով՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը մշտապես գտնվում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի տեսողության դաշտում:

«Մենք կազմակերպված մշտադիտարկում ենք իրականացնում, այդ թվում՝ հայկական պետական կառույցների օգնությամբ: Իհարկե, մենք կարծում ենք, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին տեղի ունեցող այն միջադեպերը, որոնց մասին խոսում եք, սպառնալիք են ներկայացնում ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանի  և, իհարկե, նաև կազմակերպության անդամ Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար: Եթե խոսենք խնդրի լուծման ուղիների մասին, ապա մենք կարծում ենք, որ այս իրավիճակի քաղաքական կարգավորման հնարավորությունները սպառված չեն, և իրականում դա ամենալավ տարբերակը կլիներ բոլորի համար», - ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Ստանիսլավ Զասը նշված համատեքստում կարևորում է աշխատանքային այն ձևաչափը, որն ուրվագծվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև՝ Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ:Այդ իսկ պատճառով, ասում է գլխավոր քարտուղարը, ՀԱՊԿ-ի բոլոր գործողությունները բխում են իրավիճակի այդպիսի ընկալումից:

«Մենք լրջորեն անհանգստացած ենք նրանով, որ վերջերս բախումները սահմանին շատացել ենք և նկատվում է ինտենսիվություն: Դա չի նպաստում նշված աշխատանքները սկսելուն: Եվ բացի այդ, դա դժվարացնում է անկյունաքարային այն պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումը, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների միջև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության դադարեցման և այս տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման ուղիներ փնտրելու վերաբերյալ: Ակնկալում ենք, որ բոլոր կողմերը կհասկանան դա և քայլեր կձեռնարկեն տարաձայնությունները քաղաքական ճանապարհով լուծելու համար», - հավելել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
