Առավոտ.«Սուտ է»,-բղավեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը, որին Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը մեղադրեց «Օղակ» գործողությանը մասնակցելու մեջ
POLITICS«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության կողմից ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի թեկնածության հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ այսօր «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ղեկավար, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը Քոչարյանին հարցրեց՝ պատերազմից հետո սահմանների պաշտպանության հարցում ի՞նչ խորհրդարանական վերահսկողություն է իրականացրել պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովը, որը նախկինում գլխավորել է Քոչարյանը։ Վերջինս պատասխանեց․ «Թույլ չի տվել, որ ձեր ցանկությունը՝ բանակը բերել Բաղրամյան պողոտա, իրականանա։ Դա ամենակարեւոր գործառույթն էր։ Շատերն էին դա ուզում, դուք էլ էիք ուզում, չի ստացվել։ Բանակը պետք է զբաղվի միայն մարտական խնդիրներով»։ Սեյրան Օհանյանն արձագանքեց, որ հանձնաժողովն ունի խորհրդարանական լսումներ անելու գործառույթ եւ սահմանային խնդիրների վերահսկողության հնարավորություն․ «Քանի՞ այդպիսի լսում, այց կամ հարցապնդում եք արել։ Այս հարցերի պատասխանները չկան, սակայն ԱԱԾ-ում գեներալների կոչումներ եք տալիս՝ չհասկանալով, թե նրանք համապատասխան գործառույթը կատարել են, թե ոչ»։ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն ի պատասխան հիշատակեց, որ Սեյրան Օհանյանն Արցախում ժամանակին գնդերից մեկի վաշտի հրամանատար է եղել․ «Հիշում եմ, որ այդ գունդը մասնակցել է «Կոլցո» օպերացիային»։ Սեյրան Օհանյանը տեղից ասաց, որ չի մասնակցել։ «Բացահայտ սուտ է»,-բղավեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը։ Ապա Քոչարյանն ակնարկեց, որ նաեւ Սեյրան Օհանյանի օգնությամբ ու մասնակցությամբ լսումներ կլինեն․ «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին էլ կմասնակցեք»։
