10-ամիս առաջ բանակ զորակոչված եւ նոյեմբերի 6-ին հոգեկան խնդիրներով Երեւանի կայազորային հոսպիտալ տեղափոխված, Երեւանի 19-ամյա բնակիչ Արթուր Հակոբյանը ճանաչվել է ծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արթուրի մորաքույրը` Ռիտա Հակոբյանը, ասաց, որ Արթուրը մինչեւ Նոր տարի դուրս կգրվի հոսպիտալից: Մորաքրոջ խոսքով, Արթուրն իրեն համեմատաբար լավ է զգում, սակայն հիշողության հետ կապված խնդիրներ դեռ ունի:
«Հինգշաբթի եմ գնացել տեսակցության, արդեն ինձ լավ ճանաչում ա, բժիշկն ասաց, որ մինչեւ Նոր տարի դուրս կգրվի»,-ասաց Ռիտա Հակոբյանը:
Արթուր Հակոբյանի հարազատները պնդում են, որ զինծառայողին բանակում ծեծել է գումարտակի հարբած հրամանատարը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 9-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ ստորադասին ծեծելու դեպքի առթիվ:
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358.1 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարումը մատնանշող բավարար տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 9-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի ՀԿԳ քննիչի կողմից նոյեմբերի 13-ին որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին։ Զինծառայող Արթուր Հակոբյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
