POLITICSՄի բան հստակ է, որ ինչ-որ բան զիջելու կամ հավանական զիջելու մասին խոսք չի կարող լինել. դա նրանց Տավուշ աշխարհի, խոշոր բնակավայրերի անվտանգության հարցն է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին խմբակցության պատգամավորների՝ Տավուշի մի քանի համայնքներ կատարած այցին և տեղի բնակիչների տրամադրվածությանը:
Օրեր առաջ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հաստատել էր, որ Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղում ռուս սահմանապահներ են տեղակայվել:
«Հիմնական զրույցը ուղեկալների, ռուսական սահմանապահներ շուրջ չի եղել, այլ մարդկանց տրամադրվածության: Մի բան հստակ է, որ ինչ-որ բան զիջելու կամ հավանական զիջելու մասին խոսք չի կարող լինել: Դա նրանց Տավուշ աշխարհի, խոշոր բնակավայրերի անվտանգության հարցն է: Ի վերջո, նրանք նաև դառը հիշողություններ ունեն 80-ական, 90-ական թվականների սկզբի հետ, և այդ արհեստական ձևակերպումները, իբր թե որոշ գյուղեր խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի մաս են եղել, նրանց համար բոլորովին ընդունելի չեն»,- նշեց Մանուկյանը:
Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ նշված գյուղերի բնակիչները որևէ տեղեկություն չունեն ռուս սահմանապահների տեղակայման վերաբերյալ:
«Հարցը ռուս սահմանապահների տեղակայումը չէ, այլ այն իրավական, փաստաթղթային ձևակերպումը, որի մասին պաշտոնական Երևանը դեռ որևէ բան չի ասում: Դեռ ավելին, նրանք ասում են՝ տեղակայվել են, իսկ Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչն ասում է՝ դեռ իրավական հարցեր կան: Հայաստանի իշխանությունն իր քաղաքացիների հետ ազնիվ ու բաց չի խոսում այդ թեմայով: Դեռ ծովը չտեսած բոբիկանալով՝ իշխանական որոշ պատգամավորներ հայտարարություններ են անում: Իշխանությունը պետք է հասկանա, որ սա խաղ ու պար չէ, և չի կարող ամեն վայրկյան զիջման և ծնկած հոգեբանությամբ առաջ շարժվել թշնամու հետ հարաբերություններում»,- նկատեց Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:
Պատգամավորը հայտնեց, որ հանդիպումներ են ունեցել նաև որոշ համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ:
«Բնակիչները իրենց հողին, ջրին փարված են, բոլոր տներից ծուխ է դուրս գալիս, և անգամ 17 նոր տուն կառուցելու անհրաժեշտություն կա»,- նշեց Մանուկյանը:
ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներն օգոստոսի 8-ին այցելել էին Տավուշի մարզ, հանդիպել Ազատամուտ, Այգեհովիտ, Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց, Բաղանիս համայնքների բնակիչներին. այցի պատճառն, ըստ հաղորդագրության, այդ թվում իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների կողմից շրջանառվող թեզն է, ըստ որի՝ որոշ համայնքներ ՀՀ իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է հանձնել Ադրբեջանին, և դա ներկայացնում են որպես Հայաստանում գտնվող ադրբեջանական տարածքների վերադարձ։
