Հայաստանը Ռուսաստան արտահանման ծավալների կրճատմամբ ԱՊՀ երկրների թվում «ռեկորդ» է սահմանել

Վերջիին ժամանակներս Հայաստանում նկատվում է արտաքին առեւտրի ցուցանիշների վատթարացում ինչպես ներմուծման, այնպես էլ արտահանման ոլորտում: Մեծամասամբ դա կապված է ԱՊՀ-ում եւ ԵՏՄ-ում մեր առաջատար գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի ճգնաժամի խորացման հետ:

Հունվարից հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանից արտահանման ծավալները տարեկան հաշվարկով կրճատվել են 27.1 մլն դոլարով կամ 2.2 տոկոսով: Ընդ որում, ԱՊՀ երկրներ արտահանվող ապրանքների ծավալը պակասել է 80.6 մլն դոլարով կամ 27.5 տոկոսով: Այսինքն՝ ավելի քան մեկ քառորդով: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ ԵՄ երկրներ արտահանման անկումը ավելի քիչ է եղել՝ մոտ 3.3 մլն դոլար կամ 0.9 տոկոս: Մյուս երկրներ արտահանման ծավալներն անգամ աճ են գրանցել 56.8 միլիոնով կամ 9.7 տոկոսով, ինչը մասամբ փոխհատուցել է վերանշյալ անկումը:

ԱՊՀ երկրների շարքում Հայաստանից արտահանման կրճատման բացարձակ ծավալով «առաջատարը» Ռուսաստանն է: Հունվարից հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանման ծավալները կրճատվել են 74.6 միլիոնով կամ 29,4 տոկոսով: Այնուհետեւ գալիս է Ուկրաինան, որին բաժին ընկնող արտահանումը պակասել է 5.2 միլիոնով կամ 54.9 տոկոսով:

Ռուսական աղբյուրների համաձայն՝  Ռուսաստանի արտաքին առեւտրի ապրանքաշրջանառության մեջ Հայաստանի բաժինը 0.2 տոկոսից էլ քիչ է: Այս ցուցանիշով մենք զիջում ենք, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանին, որի բաժինը 0.5 տոկոս է: Հունվարից հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի համար Ռուսաստան արտահանվող ապրանքները պակասել են 45.1 տոկոսով, իսկ ԵՏՄ անդամ չհանդիսացող Ադրբեջանի համար՝ 18.8 տոկոսով:

Նշենք, որ այս առումով «ռեկորդը» (Ուկրաինան չհաշված)  պատկանում է մեզ: Այսպես՝ ԱՊՀ երկրներից Ռուսաստան ներմուծման ծավալները կրճատվել են 38.0 տոկոսով, իսկ ԵՏՄ երկրներից՝ 32.0 տոկոսով: Թվերն իհարկե տպավորիչ են: Սական մենք «կարողացել ենք» գերազանցել անգամ այս ցուցանիշը:

Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջանից հիմնականում ներկրում է սննդամթերք եւ քիչ քանակությամբ հանքային մթերքներ, նավթ եւ նավթամթերք: Մեր արտահանումը հիմնված է կոնյակի եւ բերքահավաքի սեզոնին նաեւ թարմ մրգերի վրա: Ռուսաստանից մենք ներկրում ենք հիմնականում բնական գազ, նավթամթրեք եւ ցորեն:
