Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շենի մերձակայքում՝ բլրի վրա ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հենակետն անմիջական և անհերքելի սպառնալիք է խաղաղ բնակչության կյանքի, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության համար․ ԱՀ ՄԻՊ

Արցախի Հանրապետության ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ «Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն համայնք կատարած այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպումներ եմ ունեցել համայնքի ղեկավարի և բնակիչների հետ, ծանոթացել նրանց հուզող խնդիրներին։

Գյուղը մինչև պատերազմը ունեցել է 187 բնակիչ, որոնցից ընդամենը 86-ն է հիմա մշտապես բնակվում գյուղում։ Գյուղացիների վերադարձի և գյուղում բնականոն կյանքի վերականգնման հիմնական խոչընդոտը գյուղի նկատմամբ գերիշխող դիրք զբաղեցնող հարակից բլրի վրա ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներկայությունն է։

Գյուղի մերձակայքում գտնվող բլրի վրա տեղակայված ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հենակետն անմիջական և անհերքելի սպառնալիք է Հին Շենի խաղաղ բնակչության կյանքի, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության համար։

Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներկայությունը այդ տարածքներում անվտանգային առումով խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում և ուղղակի սպառնալիք է հանդիսանում նաև գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու առումով, մասնավորապես՝ խոտհարքների կազմակերպման, արոտավայրերից օգտվելու և մեղվափեթակների սպասարկման համար։

Հուլիսի 29-ին և օգոստոսի 2-ին Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն համայնքի բնակիչներին պատկանող 4 խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներ հափշտակվել են։ Գյուղացիների պնդմամբ՝ անասուններին ապօրինի տիրացել են հիշյալ հենակետում ծառայություն իրականացնող ադրբեջանական զինվորականները։ Իրավապահ մարմինների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում պարզել եմ, որ դեպքի վերաբերյալ Շուշիի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի՝ գլխավոր դատախազին հասցեագրված հաղորդումը արդեն ուղարկվել է ԱՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանություն։

Աներկբա է՝ ԱՀ համապատասխան մարմինները ռուս խաղաղպահների միջնորդությամբ պետք է բանակցություններ սկսեն վերոնշյալ հենակետը գյուղի մերձակա տարածքից հեռացնելու ուղղությամբ՝ բնակիչների բնականոն կյանքը վերականգնելու, նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու անվտանգությունը երաշխավորելու համար»։
