ՔՊ-ն ձեռնպահ քվեարկեց. Արցախի հարցով մշտական հանձնաժողով չի ստեղծվի

Խորհրդարանը 67 կողմ, 27 դեմ ձայների համամասնությամբ կողմ քվեարկեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ներկայացրած ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների որոշման նախագիծին։

«Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունների կողմից առաջարկված նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 33, դեմ 0 պատգամավոր։ Նախագծին ձեռնպահ քվեարկեց 68 պատգամավոր։ Այսպիսով խորհրդանաում Արցախի հարցով մշտական հանձնաժողով չի ստեղծվի։
ԱԺ ութերորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում կստեղծվի 12 մշտական հանձնաժողով՝ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ), առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ), արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողով (10 անդամ), գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (9 անդամ), եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ), մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ), պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (11 անդամ), պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (12 անդամ), տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ), տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (10 անդամ), տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (12 անդամ), ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողով (8 անդամ):

Հանձնաժողովներից երկուսը՝ առողջապահության հարցերի, ինչպես նաև աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովները, ձևավորվում են նախորդ ԱԺ-ում գործող առողջապահության և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի տարանջատմամբ:

ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների անդամների նվազագույն թիվը կսահմանվի 8, իսկ մյուս հանձնաժողովների անդամների ընդհանուր թիվը ՝ նրանց ծանրաբեռնվածության, ինչպես նաև այն հաշվարկով, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» և «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունները մշտական հանձնաժողովներում ունենան իրենց անդամների ընդհանուր թվին հավասար թվով տեղեր, իսկ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը ԱԺ յուրաքանչյուր մշտական հանձնաժողովում ունենա մեկ տեղ։
