INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանը դեռևս հայտ չի ներկայացրել դիտորդի կարգավիճակով Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը միանալու համար: Այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Բիկանտովն օգոստոսի 5-ին կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ:
«Կարող եմ անմիջապես նշել, որ ՀԱՊԿ պետություններն ու անդամները ուղղվածություն են վերցրել գործելու առավել բաց, այդ թվում՝ տեղեկատվական ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև ընդլայնելու կազմակերպության արտաքին կապերը: Փաստաթղթեր են ընդունվել, որոնք նախատեսում են տարբեր հետաքրքրված երկրների՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեությանը միանալու հնարավորություն՝ դիտորդների և գործընկերների կարգավիճակով: Նման որոշումներն ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով: Ադրբեջանի կողմից նման հայտ մինչ օրս չի ներկայացվել»,- ասել է ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը:
Ինչպես վերջինս ընդգծել է, ՌԴ հույս ունի, որ «հավասարազոր և կառուցողական համագործակցության զարգացումն այլ պետությունների և միջազգային կառույցների հետ կնպաստի վստահության մեծացմանն ու անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը այն տարածքում, որն ընդգրկված է ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության դաշտում»:
