INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱմերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը շնորհավորել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում տարած հաղթանակի և նոր կառավարության ձևավորման առթիվ:
Վարչապետին ուղղված շնորհավորական ուղերձում Ջո Բայդենն ընդգծել է, որ արդար և թափանցիկ ընտրությունների անցկացումն ընդգծում է հայ ժողովրդի ցանկությունը՝ ունենալու ավելի ժողովրդավար, արդար և բարգավաճ հասարակություն, որը զերծ է կոռուպցիայից: «Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանն առաջընթաց է գրանցել այս ոլորտներում: Միացյալ Նահանգներն ուրախ է օգնել այս ջանքերում, որոնց թվում են աջակցությունը նոր պարեկային ոստիկանության գործարկման և կոռուպցիոն ցանցերի դեմ պայքարի անկախ ինստիտուտների ձևավորման հարցերում: Մենք շարունակելու ե նք լինել վստահելի գործընկեր այս նպատակներին հասնելու ձեր աշխատանքում:
Հասկանում եմ այն դժվարին անվտանգային մարտահրավերները, որոնք ի հայտ են եկել 2020 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության պատճառով: Միացյալ Նահանգները հանձնառու է աջակցել կողմերին բանակցելու համապարփակ, խաղաղ կարգավորման շուրջ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հովանու ներքո: Մենք հորդորում ենք Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին հնարավորինս շուտ ներգրավվել առարկայական բանակցություններում:
ԱՄՆ-ն ուրախ էր աջակցելու Ադրբեջանից հայ ռազմագերիներին ազատ արձակելու ջանքերում, և մենք շարունակելու ենք կոչ անել անվտանգ վերադարձնել բոլոր գերիներին: Հուսով ենք, որ այս հարցում Վրաստանի աջակցությամբ մեր ունեցած առաջընթացը կարևոր հիմք կհանդիսանա հետագա տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության համար` ի հավելումն Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից նախաձեռնված քննարկումների:
ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստակամ է սերտացնել համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ՝ ընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական արժեքների և ինստիտուտների հիմքի վրա: Ակնկալում եմ աշխատել Ձեզ և Ձեր նոր կառավարության հետ՝ խորացնելու և ընդլայնելու մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները»,- եզրափակել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը:
