ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Մինչ Ազգային Ժողովում ընդդիմությունը իշխանական քաղաքական դիակներ է հերձում, մի քանի խոսքով անդրադառնամ Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնին հանգամանքների բերումով լռված Արայիկ Հարությունյանի այսօրվա բլթոցներին:

Նիկոլի մարսողական խողովակի վերջնամասում ծվարած սույն ողորմելին, ով նույնքան մեղավոր է Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի մարդկային և տարածքային կորուստների համար և ով Արցախի բյուջեում հայտնված գումարների հաշվին փորձում է հիմա գնել մարդկանց լռությունը, այսօր դուրս է եկել իր բնից ու անբարո ստեր ու ապուշություններ դուրս տվել:

Նա ասել է, թե իբր «դավաճանություն չի եղել ու մենք կռվել ենք աշխարհի դեմ»: Սրան հիշեցնել է պետք վառվռուն աչքերով իր նախապատերազմյան հարցազրույցները, որոնցում նա հայտատրարում էր, որ Արցախի օդը այլևս փակ է, որ բանակը աննախադեպ համալրվում է, որ աշխարհը զմայլվում է ժողովրդավար Հայաստանով: 

Մարդ ինչքան բարոյապես ու մտավոր տկար պիտի լինի, որ հիմա էլ, այսքանից հետո, դեռ փորձի արյունից մաքրել իր ու իր տիրոջ արյունոտ երեսը: 

Բա հարց չե՞ք ուզում տալ. այ Արայիկ, բա որ աշխարհը վիժվածքին «ժողովրդավար» լինելու համար ծափահարում էր, պատերազմի ժամանակ խի՞ կողքներս չէր: 
Բա որ այդ սրիկան քեզ հետ փակ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարում էր, որ բանակցություններում իրեն գժի տեղ է դնում, չէի՞ր զգում գլխներիս եկող աղետը:
Բա խի՞ այդպես ստացվեց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհը, քո խոսքերով, մեր դեմ էր:
Խոսելուց առաջ մտածելը չեր խանգարի:

Բայց ոչ քո դեպքում, քանզի հիմա քո ուշքն ու միտքը ոչ թե Արցախի ապագան է, այլ շինարարական տենդերները, իսկ վերջում էլ՝ ապահով և անպատիժ ծլկելու ճանապարհների որոնումները:
