«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Չնայած նախատեսված 15-օրյա ժամկետին, հենց երեկ՝ վարչապետ նշանակվելուց անմիջապես հետո, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն սկսել է կառավարության ձևավորման պրոցեսը: Արդեն պաշտոնապես հայտնի է, որ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ընդգրկված չի լինի գործադիրում: Նրա անվան հետ կապված տարբեր լուրեր են շրջանառվում:

«Փաստ» թերթը երեկ ստացել է տեղեկություն, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ավինյանը կնշանակվի «Անիվ» ՈՒՎԿ-ի միակ բաժնետեր ու մասնակից՝ գյուղական վայրերում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության խթանման«Անիվ» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն: Ինչպես նշված է կազմակերպության կայքում, այս հիմնադրամը «հանդիսանում է «Շեն» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպության կամավոր գույքային վճարների հիման վրա ստեղծված և անդամություն չունեցող ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն, որի գործունեությունն ուղղված է ՀՀ հեռավոր գուղական վայրերում գործող և նոր ստեղծվող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների տնտեսական գործունեության խթանմանը, և որի նպատակն է ՀՀ գյուղական բնակչության կենսամակարդակի բարելավումը, եկամուտների ավելացումը, գործազրկության և արտագաղթի կրճատումը»:

Սակայն մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ Ավինյանի քաղաքական կարիերան չի ավարտվում. առժամանակ նա կզբաղեցնի նշյալ «չեզոք» պաշտոնը, ապա Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին կգլխավորի իշխող կուսակցության ցուցակը, այսինքն, կլինի ՔՊ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն:
