«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
radiokp.ru-ն ««Օգտվում են իշխանությունների ոչնչությունից». քաղաքագետը մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ռազմական հակամարտությունը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ վեճը Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին անհաշտ թշնամիներ է դարձրել: «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդայի» ռադիոյի (radiokp. ru) եթերում այդպես է ասել քաղաքագետ, Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով փորձագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևը՝ խոսելով սահմանին նոր բախման և բուն հակամարտության մասին:
«Նախ՝ ուզում եմ ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ առաքելությունն անմիջական կապ չունի հայադրբեջանական սահմանի այս իրադարձությունների հետ: Իրականում հեշտ չէ պարզել, թե ով է առաջինը սկսել գնդակոծությունները, քանի որ կողմերը միմյանց հակասող հայտարարություններ են անում», - մեկնաբանել է փորձագետը:
Ըստ նրա, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է համակողմանի ճնշում գործադրել թշնամու վրա: Եվ ոչ միայն ռազմական: Իր զեկույցներում Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայկական շրջաններն անվանում է ադրբեջանական անուններով: «Որոշակի փուլում, որպես տարբերակ, չի կարելի բացառել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային պահանջների խորացումը: Հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ Իլհամ Ալիևն այդ մասին մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ասել է», - ասել է փորձագետը: Արեշևը գտնում է, որ Ադրբեջանի կարճաժամկետ նպատակը բարենպաստ պայմաններով Հայաստանին տարածքային սահմանազատում պարտադրելն է: Դա նշանակում է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը վերահսկողություն կստանա առանցքային անցումների և բարձունքների վրա, որոնք թույլ կտան կրակի տակ պահել մոտակա հայկական գյուղերը:
«Եվ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, որի արդյունքում Հայաստանը կճանաչի Ադրբեջանի տարածքը նախկին Խորհրդային Հանրապետության սահմաններում, վերջնականապես կփակի Ղարաբաղի հարցը: Դա Ադրբեջանի ձեռք բերած հաջողության բնական հետևանքն է: Այժմ նրանք, բնականաբար, մեծացնում են ճնշումը՝ օգտվելով Հայաստանի կառավարության ոչնչությունից և ցանկացած զիջումների գնալու պատրաստակամությունից», - ավելացրել է նա:
Քաղաքագետը կարծում է, որ հայկական կողմի վրա ճնշումը կշարունակվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ նա չի համաձայնվի ռուսական միջնորդությամբ եռակողմ բանակցություններին: Արդեն խոսակցություններ կան իրավիճակի համանման զարգացման մասին: Փորձագետը նշել է, որ վերջերս Մոսկվա են այցելել ինչպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այնպես էլ Իլհամ Ալիևը։
