Դեպրեսիան 21-րդ դարի ամենատարածված երեւույթներից է։ Այսօր ով մի քիչ տխրում է, կարծում է, թե դեպրեսիայի մեջ է։ Այնինչ իրականում դեպրեսիան չափազանց լուրջ երեւույթ է, ծանր հիվանդություն, որից վերականգնվել բավական բարդ է։ Դրա համար էլ դեպրեսիան պետք է կանխել սկզբնական փուլում։

Ահա նշաններ, որոնք կօգնեն ձեզ հասկանալ, որ ձեր մտերիմը դեպրեսիայի մեջ է։ Նրանք չափազանց կենսախինդ տեսք ունեն, անընդհատ ծիծաղում են, կատակում։ Մի շփոթեք տխրությունն ու դեպրեսիան։ Իրականում մարդիկ նույնպես դերասաններ են։ Մարդ կարող է չափազանց կենսախինդ թվալ, այնինչ հոգու խորքում չգիտեք թե ինչ է կատարվում։ Նրանք անընդհատ պատմություններ են հորինում։

Մարդիկ, ովքեր դեպրեսիայով են տառապում, կարծում են, որ ուրիշները միեւնույնն է՝ իրենց չեն հասկանա։ Նրանք ճշմարտանման պատմություններ են հորինում, փոխում իրենց պահվածքն այդ պատմությունների մեջ։ Նրանք օրվա ռեժիմից հետ են մնում։ Դեպրեսիայով տառապող մարդիկ կամ չափազանց շատ են քնում, կամ չափազանց քիչ։ Նրանք կանոնավոր չեն սնվում։ Նրանք լրջորեն են վերաբերվում որոշ մթերքների օգտագործմանը։ Դեպրեսիայով տառապող մարդիկ գիտեն, թե իրենց վիճակի վրա ինչպես կարող են ազդել ալկոհոլը կամ սուրճը։ Գիտի, թե որքան եւ ինչպես խմել։ Նրանք շատ են փիլիսոփայում։ Նրանք հաճախ են խորհում կյանքի իմաստի, կենսական կարեւոր խնդիրների մասին։ Նման մտքերը նրանց հանգիստ չեն տալիս, ինչը երբեմն անդառնալի հետեւանքներ է ունենում։ Նրանք սովորաբար տաղանդավոր են։

Իրականում դեպրեսիան ամենից հաճախ հանդիպում է տաղանդավոր մարդկանց մոտ՝ դերասանների, երաժիշտների, նկարիչների։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Ամեն մարդ պետք է նպատակներ ունենա։ Մենք փորձում ենք իմաստավորված քայլեր անել։ Դեպերսիվ մարդիկ ավելի ծայրահեղական են այդ հարցում։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Երբեմն նրանք նշաններ են ցույց տալիս։ Նույնիսկ ամենաթաքնված մարդիկ երբեմն թուլանում են եւ ցույց տալիս իրենց ցավը։ Նույնիսկ կատակում դուք կարող եք օգնության ճիչ լսել։ Եթե մարդ հանկարծ բացվում է քեզ մոտ, անպայման օգնիր նրան։
