Դեպրեսիան 21-րդ դարի ամենատարածված երեւույթներից է։ Այսօր ով մի քիչ տխրում է, կարծում է, թե դեպրեսիայի մեջ է։ Այնինչ իրականում դեպրեսիան չափազանց լուրջ երեւույթ է, ծանր հիվանդություն, որից վերականգնվել բավական բարդ է։ Դրա համար էլ դեպրեսիան պետք է կանխել սկզբնական փուլում։

Իրականում դեպրեսիան ամենից հաճախ հանդիպում է տաղանդավոր մարդկանց մոտ՝ դերասանների, երաժիշտների, նկարիչների։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Ամեն մարդ պետք է նպատակներ ունենա։ Մենք փորձում ենք իմաստավորված քայլեր անել։ Դեպերսիվ մարդիկ ավելի ծայրահեղական են այդ հարցում։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Երբեմն նրանք նշաններ են ցույց տալիս։ Նույնիսկ ամենաթաքնված մարդիկ երբեմն թուլանում են եւ ցույց տալիս իրենց ցավը։ Նույնիսկ կատակում դուք կարող եք օգնության ճիչ լսել։ Եթե մարդ հանկարծ բացվում է քեզ մոտ, անպայման օգնիր նրան։
