Կառավարությունում Փաշինյանի հանձնարարականը չեն կատարում. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը դեռ չի շտապում կատարել ՀՀ վարչապետի ԺՊ հանձնարարականը եւ թվային տվյալներ չի հրապարակում այն մասին, թե քանի հայաստանցի է պատվաստվել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ, քանի օտարերկրացի: Մինչդեռ ՀՀ վարչապետի ԺՊ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռեւս հուլիսի 22-ի կառավարության նիստին հրահանգել էր առողջապահության փոխնախարար Լենա Նանուշյանին ամենօրյա վիճակագրության մեջ առանձնացնել կորոնավարակի դեմ պատվաստված հայաստանցիների եւ օտարերկրացիների թիվը:
Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը Առողջապահության նախարարությունից խնդրեց թվային տվյալներ փոխանցել, թե քանի օտարերկրացի եւ քանի հայաստանցի է պատվաստվել COVID-19-ի դեմ: Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ փոխանցեցին,որ երբ պատրաստ լինի, կհրապարակեն, այժմ ամփոփում են:
Փաստորեն, մեկ շաբաթ Նանուշյանի համար բավարար չի եղել հաշվարկել, մինչդեռ նա կառավարության ղեկավարից ստացել է հրահանգ ու չի կատարում փաստացի: Բայց, սրան զուգահեռ, տեսակետ է շրջանառվում, որ մեր հայրենակիցները չեն վստահում եւ հրաժարվում են պատվաստվել: Սա է պատճառը, որ պատվաստված հայաստանցիների քանակը զգալի քիչ է, եւ զարմանալի չէ, քանի որ պատվաստվաստումների ցուցանիշները այս ընթացքում փորձում են բարձրացնել պետական աշխատողների հաշվին:
Նրանց պարգեւավճար, խրախուսանք չեն տալիս, եթե պատվաստված չեն: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ կառավարության աշխատակազմը՝ ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ, ներքին հրահանգ է իջեցրել, ըստ որի՝ բոլոր պետական ծառայողները պետք է պատվաստվեն:
Ավելին, սիրո հեղափոխության ներկայացուցիչները պետական ծառայողներին սպառնում են՝ ասելով, որ պատվաստվեն՝ կստանան պարգեւատրումը եւ հավելավճարը։ Պարտադրում են պատվաստվել եւ սեպտեմբերին «կանաչ անձնագրով» գալ աշխատանքի: Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ պատվաստվածների ցուցակով անձամբ զբաղվում է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
Փաստորեն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը որոշել է ամեն կերպ պատվաստումների ցուցանիշները բարձրացնել եւ այս նպատակին հասնելու համար պետական ծառայողների մի մասին սպառնում է պատվաստվել, հակառակ դեպքում կա՛մ կազատվեն աշխատանքից, կա՛մ էլ չեն ստանա իրենց վաստակած պարգեւատրումը: Եւ զարմանալի չէ, քանի որ վերջին օրերին լուսանկարներ են հրապարակվում այն մասին, թե ինչպես է այս կամ այն տեսչական մարմնի աշխատողը պատվաստվել:
Օրինակ՝ նման լուսանկարներ հրապարակել են ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, բոլոր նախարարությունները, տեսչական մարմինները:
