Գեղարքունիքում կենցաղային վիճաբանության ժամանակ ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ են արձակել
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, կրակոցներ են տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում:
Ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել և այդ տեղեկություններն իրականացնելով, ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների հետ պարզվել է, որ ստացված տեղեկությունները հավաստի են եղել:
Ըստ այդ տեղեկությունների՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, գիշերը՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Շատջրեք գյուղում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ,Վահան Գ.-ի և Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչ Արա Ա.-ի միջև, որից հետո, երբ Արամ Ա.-ն փորձել է իրեն պատկանող ГАЗель մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հեռանալ, Վահան Գ.-ն իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել ГАЗель-ի ուղղությամբ:
Այսօր կեսօրին ոստիկանության ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում Վարդենիսի ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել Վահան Գ.-ին: Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Վարդենիսի ոստիկանները Վահան Գ.-ի Շատջրեք գյուղի 1-ին խճուղու տան բակում կայանված ГАЗ 3110 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի միջից հայտնաբերել են «ԱԿՄ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, նույն վայրում կայանաված մեկ այլ ГАЗ 3110 մակնիշի սվտոմեքենայի տակից Վահան Գ.-ն ներկայացրել է 3 հատ ինքնաձիգի պահունակներ, որոնց մեջ եղել է 60-ից ավելի 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ վիճաբանությունը տեղի է ունեցել կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ, որի ժամանակ փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել մեկը մյուսին, ինչի արդյունքում Արամ Ա.-ն դեմքի շրջանում մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանները պարզում են նաև, թե ինքնաձիգը ինչ պայմաններում է հայտնվել կրակողի մոտ: Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:
