Ադրբեջանը չի ստորագրել խաղաղապահների մանդատը. Փաշինյան
POLITICSՎարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց, որ Ադրբեջանը մինչև հիմա չի ստորագրել խաղաղապահների մանդատը:
«Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության ու գործողությունների գործադրումը, միևնույն ժամանակ անպատասխան թողնելով իրադրության քաղաքական և երկարաժամկետ կարգավորմանն ուղղված միջազգային հանրության բոլոր առաջարկները, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ապրիլի 13-ի հայտարարությունը, որով համանախագահները կոչ էին անում վերսկսել բանակցությունները»,-նշել է Փաշինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանն իր բոլոր գործողություններով փորձում է խաթարել երկխոսության որևէ հնարավորություն՝ հռետորաբանությամբ և գործողություններով վարկաբեկելով նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ի և հոկտեմբերի 11-ի հայտարարությունները: «Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հայ ռազմագերիների շինծու դատավարությունները՝ դատապարտելով նրանց երկար տարիների ազատազրկման։ Հատուկ ուշադրության է արժանի այն փաստը, որ վերջին շրջանում գրեթե բոլոր դատապարտվածները գերեվարվել են նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո՝ խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտիներում։ Եթե այս փաստը համադրում ենք այն հակաքարոզչության հետ, որ արվում է Ադրբեջանում ընդդեմ խաղաղապահների և այն փաստի հետ, որ Ադրբեջանը մինչև հիմա չի ստորագրել խաղաղապահների մանդատը, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ սա խաղաղապահների, այսինքն՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կայունության և խաղաղության դեմ իրականացվող գործողությունների շարք է»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը։
