Ադրբեջանցիները որոշ հատվածներում հարձակվել են ՀՀ սահմանի վրա, իսկ հայկական գերիշխող մի հենակետ, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, ժամանակավորապես գրավել: Ցավոք, նորից ունենք զոհեր ու վիրավորներ: Այնուհետ ՊՆ-ն հաստատեց, որ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորքերի հրամանատարության միջնորդությամբ ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն հրադադարի ռեժիմը վերականգնելու վերաբերյալ»:

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս ամենի ֆոնին որոշ արևմտապաշտ շրջանակներ սկսեցին տեղեկատվական հարթակները հեղեղել հակառուսական քարոզչությամբ: Այս արշավը, ինչպես արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, վերջին օրերին նորից ակտիվացել էր, իսկ երեկ պարզապես հակառուսականության «հրավառություն» էր: Ընդ որում, շատ ակտիվ էին իշխանամերձ շրջանակի «արևմտասերները»:

«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալ յանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները հատկապես մայիսի կեսերից սկսած կամաց-կամաց Արևմուտքի հետ դիվանագիտական խաղերի գործընթաց են սկսել՝ առաջարկելով նրանց ներկայացուցիչներին գալ ու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղակայվել: «Այդպիսով, նրանք փորձել են հասկացնել, թե Ռուսաստանն իր առջև դրված խնդիրները չի կատարում, և լարումները չեն դադարում: Թեպետ դիմել են Ռուսաստանին անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար, բայց միաժամանակ իրենց ներքին պրոպագանդիստների միջոցով հակառուսական քարոզչություն են իրականացնում՝ փորձելով խաղեր տալ Արևմուտքի հետ:

Մեծ հաշվով՝ անորոշ մի գործընթաց է սա, և այս համատեքստում գլխավոր իշխանավորն առաջին հերթին փորձում է իշխանությունը պահել՝ հասկանալով, որ եթե իշխանությունը կախված լինի Ռուսաստանից, ապա ՌԴ-ն իրեն կհեռացնի: Ուզում է տարբեր կենտրոնների հետ առևտրի մեջ մտնել, նրանց շատ բան խոստանալ, որ ընդամենն իշխանության մնա»,- ասաց Բադալյանը:
