Փաշինյանին տրված ժամանակը սպառվե՞լ է. ինչ փաստաթուղթ են պատրաստվում ստորագրել կողմերը
ANALYSISԱյսօր վաղ առավոտից Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հարձակում են ձեռնարկել սահմանի՝ հյուսիս-արևելյան հատվածի հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: ՊՆ տարածած հայտարարության մեջ, սակայն, կա որոշակի ուշագրավ առանձնահատկություն: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունը կամա թե ակամա բացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաքարտերը` նշելով, որ հակառակորդը լարում է իրավիճակը Մոսկվայում նախատեսված բանակցություններին ընդառաջ: Հանրությունը, սակայն, տեղյակ չէր՝ ինչ բանակցությունների մասին է խոսքը, ինչ է դրված բանակցությունների սեղանին, ինչի շուրջ են բանակցելու կողմերը: Բանակցությունները ենթադրում են համապատասխան փաստաթղթի առկայություն, որի շուրջ էլ կողմերը պետք է հստակեցնեն դիրքորոշումները: Այնուհետև տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ այսօր Մոսկվայում հանդիպելու են ՀՀ, ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարները, սակայն, Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հերքեց այդ լուրը: Ստացվում է՝ ՊՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված բանակցությունները տեղի են ունենալու այլ ֆորմատով:
Մոսկվայում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպման ընթացքում հայտարարություններ հնչեցին ցավոտ փոխզիջումների մասին և, կարծես թե, այսօր ՀՀ սահմանին բախում և լոկալ մարտեր հրահրելով` Ադրբեջանը փորձում է կորզել հենց այդ ցավոտ զիջումները:
Կարևոր է նաև ընդգծել, որ նախընտրական փուլում թեև ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը գտնվում էին ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքում, սակայն, գործը բախման կամ լոկալ մարտերի չէր հասնում, ստացվում է՝ Փաշինյանին արտաքին խաղացողները պարզապես ժամանակ էին տվել և այդ ժամանակը, ինչպես երևում է, սպառվել է, այժմ ՀՀ իշխանություններից ակնկալում են հստակ քայլեր:
Ադրբեջանը հայտարարել է, որ ՌԴ միջնորդությամբ կրակի դադարեցման մասին համաձայնություն է տվել, սակայն, հայտնի չէ՝ ինչ պայմաններով: Մի բան ակնհայտ է, վերջին լարվածության բուն նպատակը՝ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումն է, որը ակնհայտորեն չի բխում ՀՀ շահերից: Սակայն, ստեղծված իրավիճակում Փաշինյանը կարող է վերախաղարկել 44-օրյա պատերազմի սցենարը և հայտարարելով, որ փրկում է 2.5 միլիոն մարդու կյանք՝ գնալ հերթական փաստաթղթի ստորագրմանը: Դժվար է միանշանակ ասել, թե ինչ կետեր է պարունակելու վերը նշված պայմանագիրը, սակայն, չի բացառվում, որ խոսքը վերաբերվում է ամիսներ առաջ ԱԺ-ում Փաշինյանի կողմից հիշատակված հայտնի անկլավներին, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ վերջնական խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով...
