Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել
POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը ծառայողական քննություն նշանակելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.
Ղեկավարվելով «Քաղաքացիական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 22-րդ հոդվածով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 215-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 220-րդ, 226-րդ հոդվածներով և հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ի N 814-Ն որոշումը՝
1. Նշանակել ծառայողական քննություն՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության
2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում վերաբաշխում, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ի N 2215-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» N 1192-Ն որոշման (այսուհետ՝ որոշում) ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը հիմնավորող հանգամանքները, այդ թվում՝ պետական բյուջեից լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ տրամադրելու հանգամանքն ուսումնասիրելու համար:
2. Ծառայողական քննությամբ պարզաբանել հետևյալ հարցերը՝
1) որոշման ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը հիմնավորող փաստերը, դրանց առաջացման պատճառները, պայմանները և առաջացած հետևանքները.
2) պատասխանատու անձանց շրջանակը, նրանց մեղավորության աստիճանը:
3. Ծառայողական քննություն անցկացնելու և վարելու նպատակով ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ՝ հետևյալ կազմով`
Արթուր Հովսեփյան - վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ.
Լուսինե Ալեքսանյան - վարչապետի աշխատակազմի կադրերի և անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության պետ.
Հայկ Կեսոյան - վարչապետի աշխատակազմի իրավաբանական վարչության պետ.
Սեդրակ Սիմոնյան - վարչապետի աշխատակազմի սոցիալական հարցերի
