«ՀՀ ՊՆ հաղորդագրություններից պարզ է դառնում, որ Մոսկվայում նախատեսված բանակցություններ են եղել, սակայն Ադրբեջանը դրանից առաջ հարձակումներ է սկսել սահմանի տարբեր հատվածներում:
«Հակառակորդը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում նախատեսվող բանակցություններից առաջ, նախահարձակ մարտական գործողություններ է սկսել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանների վրա` Սոթքից մինչև Վերին Շորժա հատվածում»,- նշված է ՊՆ ռելիզում։
Իրականում սա կարևոր դետալ է հասկանալու, թե ինչ նպատակներ է հետապնդում Ադրբեջանը և ինչ քայլերի է պատրաստ դիմել:
Ստացվում է, որ բանակցությունների սեղանին կա դրված փաստաթուղթ և իր ցանկալի արդյունքին հասնելու համար Ադրբեջանը դիմել է իր հայտնի գործիքակազմին՝ սահմանային լարվածություն, սադրանքներ, լոկալ մարտեր և այլն:
Հաշվի առնելով վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում սահմանի տարբեր հատվածներում առկա իրադրությունը, ինչպես նաև՝ բանակցությունների առարկա փաթեթը, ենթադրելի է, որ ՀՀ զինված ուժերը սահմանի ուժեղացմանն ուղղված լրացուցիչ միջոցառումներ են իրականացրել և այս մարտերն ընդհանուր տրամաբանության մեջ սպասելի են եղել:
Դեռ չեմ խոսում հետախուզության, ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրության վերլուծության և իրավիճակի հետագա ընթացքը հուշող այլ գործոնների մասին:
