Նախօրեին հրազենային կրակոցից մահացած ՊԲ N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան գյուղից էր։ Նա 44–օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից էր, 2020թ. օգոստոսին էր զորակոչվել բանակ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մյասնիկյան համայնքի ղեկավար Տիգրան Բաղդասարյանը։

Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը տան ավագ որդին էր, նա ունի մեկ եղբայր ու քույր։ Համայնքի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ նրա ընտանիքը հողագործությամբ է զբաղվում։ Ըստ գյուղապետի՝ Սարգիսը վերջին անգամ ծնողների հետ երեկ է խոսել, նրանք արտառոց ոչինչ չեն նկատել։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հուլիսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 22։26-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Սարգիս Ժիրայրի Գրիգորյանը կրակային դիրքում իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից ինքն իրեն կրծքավանդակի ձախ շրջանում արձակել է մենահատ կրակոց եւ ստացել մահացու հրազենային վնասվածք:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության կայազորային վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 360.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ զինծառայողի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննություն կատարելու ուղղությամբ։
