Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն ՀՀ-ից դեռ պատասխան չի ստացել խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու առաջարկների և պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթաց սկսելու վերաբերյալ։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունները սահմանների դեմարկացիայի մասին խոսել են, բայց Ադրբեջանի առաջարկի՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու մասին ոչինչ չեն ասում:
Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը բլեֆի է գնում, դա նրանից հեռու չէ, սակայն եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունների սեղանին ինչ որ առաջարկ է դրված՝ կարևոր չէ միջնորդների, թե ուղիղ Ադրբեջանի կողմից, ապա դրա մասին պետք է բարձրաձայնեն:
Եթե նման առաջարկ չի եղել, չի քննարկվել, ապա դա պետք է հերքվեր:
Այս թեման կարևոր է նաև այլ տեսանկյունից: Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարություններն անուղղակի ձևով ցույց են տալիս, որ սահմանային լարվածությամբ ճնշումներ են գործադրում Հայաստանի վրա՝ ստանալու իրենց համար ցանկալի փաստաթուղթ:
Իսկ թե ինչ բովանդակություն ունի այդ փաստաթուղթը կարելի է միայն ենթադրել, բայց այն, որ դրա ստորագրումը Ադրբեջանի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, հստակ է նրանց նկատելի շահագրգռվածությունից ու դրան հասնելու ջանքերից:
