Թրամփն անհրաժեշտ է համարել հետաքննել Կապիտոլիումի գրոհում դեմոկրատների դերը

Դեմոկրատները պետք է հետաքննեն իրենց գործողությունները, որոնք տարեսկզբին հանգեցրին Կապիտոլիումի գրոհին։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Միգուցե (ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակ- խմբ․) Նենսի Փելոսին հետաքննություն անցկացնի իր և Կապիտոլիումում գտնվող այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր չէին ցանկանում լրացուցիչ պաշտպանություն, այդ թվում` ոստիկանության և ազգային գվարդիայի ուժերի հատկացում, և արդյունքում անպատրաստ գտնվեցին, չնայած շատ լավ գիտակցում էին, որ մեծ բազմություն է հավաքվելու»,- հայտնել է նա։
Սպիտակ տան նախկին ղեկավարը նաև առաջարկել է հետաքննել Կապիտոլիումի գրոհի ժամանակ զոհված իր կողմնակից Էշլի Բեբիթի մահվան հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև նախագահական ընտրություններում ձայների հաշվարկի ժամանակ կեղծիքները: Նրա կարծիքով՝ հենց 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին կայացած կամարտահայտության արդյունքների կեղծումը հանգեցրեց նրան, որ «հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ սկսեցին հավաքվել Վաշինգտոնում»։
Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ Կոնգրեսը տեղեկացվել է հունվարի 6-ին իր կողմնակիցների հանրահավաքի մասին: Սակայն, ըստ Թրամփի, դեմոկրատների առաջնորդները հրաժարվել են անվտանգության միջոցառումներն ուժեղացնելու առաջարկից։
Հիշեցնենք՝ հունվարի 6-ին ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմնակիցները Վաշինգտոնում կայացած ցույցից հետո գրոհել էին Կապիտոլիումը, որի պատճառով մի քանի ժամ շարունակ ընդհատվել էր Կոնգրեսի աշխատանքը: Անկարգությունների հետևանքով զոհվել էր 5 մարդ, այդ թվում՝ 1 ոստիկան:
Իրավապահ մարմինները խռովարարներին հեռացրել էին Կոնգրեսի շենքից, որից հետո կոնգրեսականները հաստատել էին դեմոկրատ Ջո Բայդենի հաղթանակը նախագահական ընտրություններում:
Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը իմպիչմենթի էր ենթարկել Թրամփին՝ ապստամբություն հրահրելու մեղադրանքով, բայց Սենատը արդարացրել էր նախկին պաշտոնյային:
