Ռուս սահմանապահները տեղակայվելու են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորաբակ գյուղում։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում նորաբակցի, օպերատոր Արմեն Ղազարյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ հինգ օր առաջ սահմանապահներ են եկել գյուղ, սար բարձրացել ու գնացել։ Տեղյակ են միայն, որ պետք է կառուցեն տնակներ։

«Ռուս սահմանապահները եկան, սար բարձրացան, իջան, թողին գնացին։ Սոթքի տարածքում նրանց համար դոմիկներ պետք է սարքեն։ Դա տարիների հարց է։ Նրանց համար պալատկաներ են պետք, որ գան տեղավորվեն։ Բայց դե երբ պետք է կառուցվի՝ Աստված գիտի։ Գետուկ կոչվող հատված ունենք, այնտեղ էլ քարեր են թափում, որ նրանց համար դոմիկներ սարքեն»,- ասել է Ղազարյանը։

Նորաբակում ադրբեջանցիների հետ միջադեպեր շատ չեն լինում։ Կեսգիշերից հետո ադրբեջանցիների արձակած կրակոցներն իրենք չեն լսել։ Հարեւան Կութում օրեր առաջ ադրբեջանցիները, օրինակ՝ հայկական պոստեր հաց տանող մեքենավարի ուղղությամբ են քարեր նետել։

«Կութում պալատկաները իրար հետ վերեւ-ներքեւ են։ Մերոնք մի քիչ ներքեւ են։ Երեք օր առաջ Գագո անունով մեկին՝ հացի մեքենայի վարորդին թուրքը քարով խփել էր, գլուխը ջարդել»,– պատմել է Նորաբակի բնակիչը։

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորաբակ գյուղի տարածքում ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներխուժումից հետո մարդիկ ապրում են լարվածության մեջ։ Գյուղացիները հնարավորություն չեն ունենում մոտենալ գյուղի խոտհարքներին եւ կենդանիներին արածացնել գյուղի հարակից սարերում։

«Էս պահին մեր աշխատանքներին 100 տոկոսանոց խոչընդոտում են։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը հատկապես մեր հողատարածքների մեջ է՝ խոտհարքների ու արոտների մեջ։ Վաղը մյուս օր կարող է ականապատում են՝ ո՞վ գիտի։ Կույր-կույր պիտի հելնենք խոտ քաղենք։ Ես չգիտեմ սրա վերջը ոնց կլինի»,– ասել է նա։

Խոտհարքերը, արոտները գտնվում են գյուղից 7 կմ հեռավորության վրա։ Խորհրդային միության ժամանակվանից դրանք Նորաբակին են պատկանել։ Հիմա ադրբեջանցիները տեղակայված են հենց այդ տարածքներում։ Գյուղացիները պարզապես չեն կարողանում իրենց իսկ տարածքում խոտը հնձել ու քաղել։

«Գյուղում ֆինանսական ճգնաժամ է։ Անասնապահական տարածք է, անասունն էլ գին չունի։ Մարդիկ ուզում են անասուն ծախեն՝ գռուբի ասած՝ էսօր մսի կգ-ն 3000 դրամ է, էստեղ կովի միսը 1400 դրամով են ծախում։ Սկի չգիտեն ինչ անեն։ Խոտն էլ կրակի գին է։ Ցորենի սալոմի արժեքը 1000, խոտը՝ 2500 դրամ է։ Մարդիկ էլ պետք է խոտերը քաղեին, ադրբեջանցները մեր սարերի ձախ հատվածում նստած են»,– ասել է Նորաբակի բնակիչը։

Հարցին, արդյոք փոխհատուցում ստացե՞լ են, նշեց՝ «Պետություն ունե՞նք։ Ո՞վ ա մեր տերը։ Ռուսի կամակատարն ենք»։

Կենդանիներին արոտի տանում են շատ սուղ պայմաններում։

«Երաշտն էլ մի կողմից։ Քանի որ այդ տարածքները զբաղեցրել են, պայմանները սուղ են։ Համայնքն էլ հարուստ է անասնագլխաքանակով։ 2000 գլուխ ոչխար կա։ 1500 եւ ավելի խոշոր գլուխ անասուն կա։ Երաշտ տարում ո՞նց պետք է պահեն։ Շատերը կարիքից ուզում են ծախեն, առնող էլ չկա՝ էն գինը չունի»,– հավելել է նորաբակցին։
