Ոստիկանությունն այսօր առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության խոչընդոտել է և թույլ չի տվել Երևանի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում կազմակերպել Սյունիքի համայնքապետերի ազատության պահանջով ստորագրահավաքը։
Ոստիկանությունն անընդունելի է համարել կազմակերպիչների ներկայացրած դիմումը, որը նախորդ օրվա դիմումից տարբերվել է միայն ամսաթվով։
Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ ստորագրահավաք կազմակերպելու համար որևէ իրավական ակտ կամ նորմ չի նախատեսում որևէ պատկան մարմնից թույլտվություն վերցնել։
Ակնհայտ է, որ սա արվում է քաղաքական հետապնդումների ենթարկված անձանց և ապօրինի կալանքի տակ գտնվող համայնքապետերի դեմ։ Իրավապահները հերթական անգամ քաղաքական հրահանգ են կատարում։ Ոստիկանության նման վարվելակերպը խոսում է այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում մարսել հանրության լայն աջակցությունը սյունեցիներին»։
