Գյումրիում 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի սերժանտը գիշերվա կեսին փորձել է ներխուժել անծանոթ բնակարան

Հուլիսի 18-ին, գիշերը ժամը 04.00-ի սահմաններում արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գյումրու Ղանդիլյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկում։ Գրում է «Առավոտ»-ը:

Բնակչուհիներից մեկն ահազանգել է ոստիկանություն՝ խնդրելով արագ օգնության հասնել, քանի որ անծանոթ մի տղամարդ, որի խոսքերն ինքը չի հասկանում, փորձում է ներխուժել իրենց բնակարան: Տիկինը նաև հայտնել է, որ անծանոթը իր տպավորությամբ ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ է, անդադար թակում ու հարվածում է իրենց բնակարանի դուռը։

Ոստիկանները, հասնելով տվյալ հասցե, այդ բնակարանի դիմացից ոստիկանության «Կումայրի» բաժին են հրավիրել ՌԴ քաղաքացի, 35-ամյա Ա․Ս․-ին։

Պարզվել է, նա բնակվում է Գյումրու 8-րդ զինվորական թաղամասում, ՌԴ կայազորի 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի մարտական մեքենայի հրամանատար է, սերժանտ է։

Վերջինս հայտնել է, որ հուլիսի 17-ին, ժամը 23.00-ի սահմաններում միայնակ դուրս է եկել զբոսնելու կայարանամերձ հրապարակ։ Մտել է այնտեղ գործող գիշերային ակումբ, որտեղ օգտագործել է ոգելից խմիչքներ և տեղանքում չկողմնորոշվելով և շփոթելով՝ մտել է ինչ-որ շենք, թակել է ինչ-որ բնակարանի դուռը՝ մտածելով, որ դա իր բնակարանն է: Ոստիկանությունում ստուգել են ռուս սերժանտի սթափության աստիճանը, եղել է 0,98 մգ/լ, ու նրան ազատ արձակել։ Ոստիկանություն ահազանգած տիկինը հրաժարվել է հաղորդում տալ։ Ոստիկանության «Կումայրի» բաժնում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:
