ԱՄՆ-ն, ԵՄ-ն, ՆԱՏՕ-ն կոչ են արել հրադադար հաստատել Աֆղանստանում

ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրոպայի պետությունները մինչև Աֆղանստանում վերջնական քաղաքական կարգավորման հասնելը հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ են անում համաձայնության գալ երկրում մշտական և համապարփակ հրադադարի շուրջ, ինչի մասին ասվում է համապատասխան կոմյունիկեում, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:
Հռոմում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո այն ընդունել են ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Իտալիայի, Նորվեգիայի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներն ու հատուկ բանագնացները: Փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության կայքում:
ԱՄՆ-ն, ԵՄ-ն և ՆԱՏՕ-ն կոչ են արել նվազեցնել բռնությունը և պաշտպանել խաղաղ բնակիչներին` միևնույն ժամանակ հարգելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքով նախատեսված պարտավորությունները, ապահովել օտարերկրյա դեսպանությունների և այլ դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների, լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների, օդանավակայանների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և նրանց աշխատակիցների անվտանգությունը, դադարեցնել «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման հարձակումը: Բացի այդ, նրանք Աֆղանստանի հարևաններին կոչ են արել ուժեղացնել աջակցությունը աֆղան ժողովրդին և նպաստել խաղաղությանն ու տնտեսական զարգացմանը, իսկ «Թալիբան» -ին և Աֆղանստանի կառավարությունը կոչ են արել կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները՝ կանխելու «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի, ԻՊ-ի և այլ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների կողմից երկրի տարածքի օգտագործումը:
Իրավիճակn Աֆղանստանում սրվել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորքերի դուրսբերումից հետո: Հուլիսի 22-ին թալիբները հայտարարել են, որ իրենք վերահսկում են Աֆղանստանի սահմանների 90%-ը: Աֆղանստանի իշխանությունները հերքում են դա: Աֆղանստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների ֆոնին հարևան երկրները սկսել են պատրաստվել ռազմական և հումանիտար բնույթի հետևանքներին: Տաջիկստանն անցկացրել է իր պատմության մեջ ամենամեծ ռազմական զորավարժությունները, հաջորդ շաբաթ Ուզբեկստանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինվորականները զորավարժություններ կանցկացնեն Աֆղանստանի հետ սահմանի մոտ:
