Նորմալ մարդիկ հերթով հեռանում են իշխանությունից, նորագիրների մեջ գնալով շատանում են ժամանակին տարբեր սկանդալների մեջ հայտնված, ծույլ, անպիտան, վարկաբեկված անձինք։ ԱԺ պատգամավորների մեջ է ընտրակաշառքների հիմնադիր համարվող մեկը, երկու այլ պատգամավորացուներից մեկի անվան հետ է կապվում․ մեկի դեպքում` Շիրակի մարզի 90-ականների թալանը, մյուսի դեպքում՝ բանակի թալանը։ Եվս մեկը՝ բազում կուսակցություններ փոխած ծեր քամելեոն է։ Պատգամավորներից մի քանիսը հազիվ 10 դասարան ավարտածներ են, որոնց իրենց նեղ շրջապատում ծաղրում են եւ ասում, որ սրանք անգամ իրենց գյուղում ավագանու անդամ չէին կարող լինել։
