Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պետք է հատուցեն մեր բոլոր գյուղացիներին պատճառած վնասները. ՄԻՊ
BLOGՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է. «Այս փաստաթղթերից մեկը Կապանի Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղի բնակչի ոչնչացած այգու վնասների հաշվարկն է, իսկ մյուսը Վարդենիսի բնակչի գյուղատնտեսական նպատակով հողամասի վարձակալության պայմանագիր է, բայց որի հնարավորությունից նա այլևս զրկված է:
Փաստաթղթերն օրինակ են, որ ապացուցում են. Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի այս բնակիչների սեփականության, սոցիալական ապահովության և մյուս օրինական իրավունքները խախտված են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի անօրինական ներկայության պատճառով:
Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն ու հատուցեն մեր բոլոր գյուղացիներին պատճառած վնասները:
Պետք է հատուցեն նրա համար, որ անվտանգության լրջագույն վտանգներից բացի, խաթարել են մարդկանց բնականոն ու խաղաղ կյանքը, նրանց զրկել են ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից:
Այս փաստերը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում են, որ սահմանային հարցերը չեն կարող դիտարկվել սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքներից կտրված:
Այս հարցերում ինչ քաղաքական մեխանիզմ էլ ուզում է լինի՝ չի կարող հաջողություն ունենալ, եթե հաշվի չառնի մարդու իրավունքները:
Մենք պետք է օգտագործենք բոլոր հնարավորությունները, պետք է առանց վհատվելու ու հետևողական քայլերով հասնենք խախտված իրավունքների վերականգնման:
