«ԼՂ հակամարտությունն ավարտված է». Ալիևը պնդում է, թե Պուտինը համաձայն է իր հետ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքվի և Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումները Արցախի հարցում համընկնում են, Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը համարում են, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունն ավարտված է:
Ալիեւն ասել է, որ հուլիսի 20-ին Մոսկվա կատարած այցի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ քննարկել է տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակը:
«Մենք քննարկել ենք հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում, ներառյալ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը և հետկոնֆլիկտային շրջանը: Մոտեցումների հարցում մենք տարաձայնություններ չունենք: Մենք՝ Ռուսաստանը և Ադրբեջանը, հավատում ենք, որ պատերազմն ավարտվել է, հակամարտությունն ավարտվել է», - ասել է Ալիևը AzTV պետական հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում:
Նրա խոսքերով, կարևոր է կանխել ռևանշիզմի դրսևորումները Հայաստանում, և դրանից հետո տարածաշրջանում պետք է խաղաղություն լինի: «Պատերազմի ռիսկերը պետք է նվազագույնի հասցվեն և վերացվեն: Մենք այս հարցում տարաձայնություններ չունենք (Ռուսաստանի հետ), մենք կիսում ենք նույն կարծիքը: Ինչ վերաբերում է Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին, ես տեղեկացրեցի պարոն Պուտինին, որ Հայաստանն այս հարցում կրկին անկեղծ է: Պարոն Շառլ Միշելի (ԵԽ ղեկավար) հետ մամուլի ասուլիսում ես ասացի, որ տարածաշրջանում բոլոր հաղորդակցությունները պետք է միաժամանակ բացվեն և ընտրողական մոտեցում չպետք է կիրառվի: Բայց տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանն այստեղ կրկին ուզում է ինչ-որ խաղ խաղալ»,- ասել էնա:
Ալիեւը հավելել է, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը պետք է բացվի, ինչպես նախատեսված է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ համաձայնագրի 9-րդ կետով: «Սա է մեր դիրքորոշումը», - շեշտել է նա:
Ալիևը նշել է, թե հունիսից Հայաստանը փաստացի դադարեցրել է տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների բացման ուղղությամբ փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքը:
Ալիեւը, անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, շեշտել է, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկերներ են: «Մենք իրական ռազմավարական գործընկերներ ենք, երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական համագործակցության հարցում տարաձայնություններ չունենք: Մենք շատ ամուր բարեկամական կապեր ունենք, և անձամբ ես շատ սերտ հարաբերությունների մեջ եմ պարոն Պուտինի հետ, մենք միմյանց վստահող քաղաքական գործիչներ ենք», - շեշտել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը:
