ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության ղեկավարն անհրաժեշտ է համարում ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի աշխատանքային խմբերի հանդիպումը

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում դեկտեմբերի 19-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից, բացման խոսքում պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը փաստել է, որ հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունն ունի մեծ նշան ակություն, առկա են ձեռքբերումներ, որոնց հիման վրա պետք է զարգացնել հաջողությունները:
Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նաև նշել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը մշտապես ակտիվ ու նախաձեռնող է գերիներին հայրենադարձելու և անհայտ կորածների ընտանիքներին բարոյական, ֆինանսական և սոցիալական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու հարցում: Հանդիպման ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրել են 2015թ. ընթացքում իրականացրած միջոցառումներն ու ծրագրերը, հանդես եկել առաջարկություններով:
Նախանշվել են 2016 թվականի աշխատանքային հիմնական ուղղությունները: Նիստին մասնակցող ՀՀ-ում ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Կարոլին Դուեյզին բարձր է գնահատել՝ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության արդյունքում անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրերը և նրանց հնարավոր աճյունների գտնվելու վայրը պարզելու ուղղությամբ ՊՆ և հանձնաժողովի համագործակցությունը և նշել, որ անհրաժեշտ է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային խմբերի միջև հանդիպում կազմակերպելու համար:
Նույն օրը ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում տեղի է ունեցել մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների և երկրապահ կամավորականների կարգավիճակի հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի նիստը: Նիստի ընցացքում քննարկվել են հայրենիքի պաշտպանության մարտերին մասնակցած անձանց մարտական գործողությունների մասնակցի և երկրապահ կամավորականի կարգավիճակի տրման ընթացակարգով սահմանված դրույթները, խնդրահարույց հարցերը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը, ճշգրտվել են հանձնաժողովին ներկայացված ցուցակները: Ըստ այդմ՝ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովը հաստատել է մարտական գործողությունների մի շարք մասնակիցների համապատասխան կարգավիճակի շնորհելու դիմումները: ՀՀ պաշտպանության մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու փաստը չհիմնավորվելու պատճառով մերժվել են 4 քաղաքացիների դիմումները:
