Վահան Քերոբյանի՝ «սառույցին» գրված հեղափոխական խոստումները
ANALYSISԷկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո խոստացել էր հանրությանը պարբերաբար հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել կատարված աշխատանքի մասով: Սակայն, անցել է արդեն ինը ամիս, բայց արի ու տես, որ Քերոբյանը չի շտապում կատարված աշխատանքի համար հաշվետու լինել հպարտ քաղաքացիներին: Իսկ ինչ էր խոստացել այդ հանրությանը Քերոբյանը: Վերջինս որոշել էր ավետել հանրությանը, որ տնտեսությունը ակտիվ տեմպերով զարգանալու է, շինարարությունը և գյուղատնտեսությունը բուռն աճ են արձանագրելու, իսկ ներդրումներն ընդհանրապես հորդելու են:
Շինարարության մասով գուցե հնարավոր լինի համաձայնվել` հաշվի առնելով, թե ինչ տեմպերով էին Հայաստանում նախընտրական ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներ տարվում, սակայն հետաքրքիր է, թե այդ ինչպես է ծաղկում գյուղատնտեսությունը մի իշխանությունների օրոք, որոնք անգամ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարություն պահելու իմաստ և նպատակ չգտան: Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի տասնյակ տարիների աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր կրճատվել են հենց նախարարի պատաճռով, Քերոբյանը առաջարկում է աշխատանքի տեղավորել...տեքստիլի ոլորտում: Սա թերևս այն ամենն է, ինչ պետք է իմանալ նախարարի՝ ոլորտին տիրապետելու աստիճանի մասին: Ինչ վերաբերվում է հորդացող ներդրումներին, ապա սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դասական պոպուլիզմ:
Վահան Քերոբյանը պաշտոնը ստանձնելու առաջին իսկ օրվանից հանրությանը կերակրում է սահմանին հերթ կանգնած պոտենցիալ ներդրողների մասին գեղեցիկ հեքիաթներով` առանց դրանց առկայության որևէ փաստացի ապացույցի: Դժվար թե հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանում, որի տնտեսությունը գտնվում է, մեղմ ասած, ողբալի վիճակում, ներդրողներն այդքան պատրաստակամ լինեին հորդացող ինվեստիցիաներ կատարել:
Քերոբյանը վստահեցնում էր, որ Հայաստանը ունենալու է 319 տոկոսի հասնող զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի աճ: Առ այսօր գրանցված աճը նշված ոլորտում կազմում է 1 տոկոս:
Քերոբյանը խոստացել էր նաև նոր աշխատատեղեր բացել: Այնուհետև կառավարության դիմաց ցույց անող գործազուրկներին հորդորում էր գնալ Գեղարքունիքի մարզ և այնտեղ աշխատանք գտնել:
Նա խոստացել էր նաև գրանցված աշխատատեղերի ռեկորդ ապահովել,մինչդեռ վերջինիս պաշտոնավարումից մինչ օրս այս հարցում վիճակագրությունը էական փոփոխություն չի կրել:
Քերոբյանը խոստանում էր ուղիղ աշխատել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերի հետ, սակայն, այսօր ՓՄՁ ոլորտը ամենաանտեսվածն է կառավարության կողմից:
