Օդային ճանապարհով օտարերկյա քաղաքացիների մուտքը ԱՄՆ բաց է: Իրավաբան․net-ը այս մասին տեղեկանում է Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից։

ԱՄՆ չեն կարող մուտք գործել այն օտարերկրացիները, որոնք ԱՄՆ պլանավորած ճամփորդությանը նախորդած 14 օրերի ընթացքում գտնվել են, այդ թվում տարանցիկ, հետևյալ երկրներից որևէ մեկում.

Շենգենյան գոտու երկրներ, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Իռլանդիա, Իրանի ԻՀ, Չինաստան, Բրազիլիա, Հրվ.Աֆրիկա (բացառություն են կազմում դիվանագիտական վիզայով ճամփորդողները, ԱՄՆ քաղաքացու և մշտական բնակչի ընտանիքի հետևյալ անդամները. կին, ամուսին, մինչև 21տ. չամուսնացած զավակ, մինչև 21 տարեկան չամուսնացած քույր/եղբայր):

Երկիր մուտք գործելու սահմանափակումները (առողջապահական և այլն) Հունվարի 26-ի որոշմամբ ԱՄՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնի կողմից հաստատվել է ԱՄՆ մուտք գործելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը՝

  1. Թռիչքից մինչև 3 օրացույցային օր առաջ հանձնած COVID-19 թեստի բացասական պատասխանի տեղեկանք,
  2. Վերջին 90 օրվա ընթացքում COVID-19-ից ապաքինված լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկանք:

Վերոնշյալ տեղեկանքները պարտադիր են 2 տարեկանից բարձր բոլոր (ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի և օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի) ուղևորների համար, ստուգվում և հաստատվում են ավիաուղիների կողմից, թռիչքից առաջ*: Տեղեկանքի բացակայության, ինչպես նաև COVID-19 թեստի դրական պատասխանի պարագայում ուղևորը չի կարող մասնակցել թռիչքին:

​COVID-19 թեստի բացասական պատասխանի, ինչպես նաև COVID-19-ից ապաքինված լինելու տեղեկանքների ձևաչափեր (ավիաընկերությունների համար)՝  CDC Proof of Negative Test Result page:

Խորհուրդ է տրվում թռիչքից առաջ ծանոթանալ ավիաընկերությունների կողմից կիրառվող սահմանափակումներին, քանի որ ավիաընկերության կողմից, համաճարակով պայմանավորված, այլ սահմանափակումների պարագայում՝ կիրառվում են նաև դրանք:
