BLOGԻՔՄ համակարգող, Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Ի՞նչ ցույց տվեց Սահմանադրական դատարանի այս գործընթացը.
1. Բարձր դատարանում ունենք մի դատավոր` Հրայր Թովմասյանը, ով երկու անգամ օրենքի ակնհայտ խախտումներ թույլ տվեց։
2. Հայաստանում կան քաղաքական-փաստաբաններ, ովքեր պարզապես բլեֆիստ են։ Ընդորում, անգրագետ բլեֆիստ են, քանի որ եթե քիչ մը գրագետ լինեին, այդքան խնդալու չէր լինի իրենց բլեֆը (վաղն այդ մասով մի փաստաթուղթ կհրապարակեմ)։ Այդ մարդկանց փուչիկությունը ակնհայտ դարձավ Դավիթ Հարությունյանի ֆոնին։
3. Բավականին խնդրահարույց է վարչական ռեսուրսի օգտագործում-չարաշահում սահմանը։ Թեև Ընտրական օրենսգրքի` ընդունված ու դեռևս ուժի մեջ չմտած կարգավորումները բարելավում են այս հացը, բայց մի շարք լուծումների ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները այդպես էլ չգնացին։
4. Ի տարբերություն բազմաթիվ այլ ընտրությունների վիճարկման գերծերով ՍԴ որոշումբերի, այս անգամ ՍԴ-ի որոշման եզրափակիչ մասում անդրադարձ չկար որևէ տեղամասի արդյունքներին կամ խախտումներին (Տե՛ս բոլոր նախագահական ընտրությունների վիճարկումները)։
Դեռևս բազմաթիվ բաներ կհասկանանք ՍԴ այսօրվա որոշման պատճառաբանական մասից, որը, երևի, կհրապարակվի երկուշաբթի օրը»:
