Հայաստանում ակտիվիստներին լրտեսող սոֆթ են գնել․ գնորդը հայտնի չէ
SOCIETYԻսրայելական Candiru ընկերությունը, որը լրտեսող ծրագրային ապահովում է վաճառում, կապված է ֆեյքային կայքերի հետ, որոնք օգտագործվում են տարբեր թիրախներ կոտրելու համար, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է Panarmenian.net-ը, այդ մասին ասվում է Microsoft-ի և Տորոնտոյի համալսարանի Citizen Lab-ի մասնագետների հայտարարության մեջ։
Microsoft-ը պնդում է, որ Candiru-ն վաճառել է իր սոֆթն այն երկրներին, որտեղ հետևում են ակտիվ քաղաքացիներին։ Կորպորացիան սեփական հետաքննության արդյունքում պարզել է առնվազն 100 այդպիսի թիրախ, որոնց դեմ էր ուղղված Candiru-ի ազդեցությունը։ Խոսքը քաղաքական գործիչների և ակտիվիստների մասին է Հայաստանից, Պաղեստինից, Իսրայելից, Սինգապուրից, Իսպանիայից, Թուրքիայից, Իրանից, Մեծ Բրիտանիայից և այլ երկրներից։ Այնուամենայնիվ,Microsoft-ը նշում է, որ չի կարելի պնդել, թե լրտեսող ծրագրի պատվիրատուն կառավարությունն է կամ պետական այլ կառույց։
Լրատվական կայքերից բացի, Candiru-ն կրկնօրինակում էր նաև ՈԿԿ-ներին, կանանց իրավունքների համար պայքարող կազմակերպություններին և այլն՝ օրինակ, Amnesty Reports, Refugee International, Woman Studies։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ կեղծ այդպիսի 750 դոմեն է գրանցվել։
Microsoft-ում ասել են, որ հայտնաբերված խոցելիությունը շտկված է, նաև ձեռնպահ են մնացել Candiru-ի հասցեին մեղադրանքներից՝ նշելով, որ այդ գործողությունների հետևում կանգնած է «Իսրայելում գործող խաղացողը մասնավոր հատվածից» Sourgum ծածկանունով, որը տարբեր հաճախորդների, այդ թվում պետական, կիբերգործիքներ է վաճառում համակարգիչներ, հեռախոսներ և ցանցեր կոտրելու համար։
