BLOGԿարդում ես, իրենց քաղ․ հասարակություն, նաև իրավապաշտպան համարող անձանց տեսակետները քաղբանտարկյալ հասկացողության մասին և հիշում ԽՍՀՄ-ը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի հելսինկյան կոմիտեի նախգահ, իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Վերոնշյալներն այսօր կատարվող ռեպրեսիաները, ասֆալտին պառկեցնելը չեն համարում քաղաքական հետապնդումներ։ Հրահանգված և թխված գործերով Սյունիքի կալանավորված համայնքապետերին չեն համարում քաղբանտարկյալներ։ Տխմարաբար, ըստ իրենց քաղաքական ճաշակի, ընտրովի թվարկում են նախկին քաղբանտարկյալներին։
Այս ամենը բնորոշ է բռնապետական երկրներին։ Իհարկե, աշխարհում որևէ իշխանություն չի ընդունում, իր երկրում քաղբանտարկյալների առկայությունը։ Սակայն ոչ ամբողջովին բռնապետական երկրներում հասարակությունն ընդվզում է իշխանության դեմ, պահանջելով ազատ արձակել քաղբանտարկյալներին։
Իսկ բռնապետական երկրներին, ինչ ուղղությամբ գնում է Հայաստանը, հատուկ է ստեղծել իր, սեփական «քաղ․հասարակությունը» (GONGO), որն էլ չի ընդունում քաղբանտարկայլների առկայությունը, նրանց անվանելով հանցագործներ․ կաշառակերներ, ի դեպ՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու, իրենց պաշտած «անմեղության կանխավարկածի» դրույթը։
Նույն ԽՍՀՄ բռնապետության ժամանակ, հասարակական կազմակերպությունները՝ կոմերիտմիություն, Խաղաղության ֆոնդ, տարբեր ստեղծագործական միություններ՝ քաղբանտարկյալներին անվանում էին ժողովրդի թշնամիներ, отщепенцы, «երկրի հացն ուտում ու դեմ են դուրս գալիս», լավագույն դեպքում՝ գժեր։
Եվ, իհարկե ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ այս գործիչները ատամներով պաշտպանում են պատերազմում պարտված, Արցախը հանձնած, հազարավոր զոհեր տված ղժղժղան բռնապետիկին։
Այստեղ, համոզված եմ, կա մեկ բացատրություն՝ այդ անձինք չունեն սկզբունքներ, արժեքային համակարգ, նրանք պաշտում են փողը և ի սկզբանե կողմ են եղել հայրենիքը թշնամում հանձնելուն»:
