INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵԱՀԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշևիչը ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նիստում ելույթի ժամանակ անդրադարձել է Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված իրավիճակին: Ինչպես հայտնում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն, Լուկաշևիչը, դիմելով Լեհաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զբիգնև Ռաուին, նշել է.
«Հաշվի առնելով Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված ոչ դյուրին իրավիճակը՝ տարածաշրջանում պահանջ կա ԼՂ խնդրի հետագա լուծմանն աջակցելու: Ամենից կարևորը տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացումն է, սուր հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծումը և տարածաշրջանի կայուն քաղաքական և տնտեսական ապագայի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ նախադրյալների ստեղծումը: Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների` 2020 և 2021 թթ. եռակողմ հայտարարությունները ցույց են տվել այս ուղին»:
