Չագուչով ո՞ւմ է վախեցնում, Սյունիքում սյունեցո՞ւն, թե՞ մեզ, խնդալու է ուղղակի. Առուշ Առուշանյան
POLITICSԳորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը կարծում է, որ իր դեպքում նույնպես դատարանը կկիրառի կալանքը, ինչպես Սյունիքի մարզի մյուս արդեն կալանավորված համայնքապետերի դեպքում: Այս մասին նա այսօր` հուլիսի 15-ին, ասաց Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում` պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչ կանխատեսումներ ունի կապված դատարանի որոշման հետ:
«Կանխատեսումներ չանեմ, կարծում եմ նույնը կլինի էլի, խնդիր են դրել, խնդիր են կատարում»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով մեղադրանքին` ասաց, որ այն շինծու է և անլուրջ է, ուղղակի իրավապահները խնդիր են կատարում, իր հանդեպ իրականացվում է քաղաքական հետապնդում:
Լրագրողի այն հարցին,թե դեռեւս քարոզարշավի ընթացքում Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե «չագուչը ձեռքին» գալու է համայնքապետերի հետեւից եւ այժմ կարծես այդ խոստումն է իրականացվում, արդյո՞ք Առուշանյանն էլ է այդ կարծիքին, Առուշանյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես ձեր նշած մարդուն խորհուրդ կտամ, Երեւանում լիքը տանիքներ կան, թող գնա տանիք փոխի, րովհետեւ իրա մաքսիմում լեվելը տանիք փոխելը կարա լինի: Չագուչով ո՞ւմ է վախեցնում, Սյունիքում սյունեցո՞ւն, թե՞ մեզ, խնդալու է ուղղակի»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գորիսի քաղաքապետին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 38-149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով և 38-154.2-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:
Նա մեղադրվում է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին առավելագույն քվեներ ապահովելու և ընտրություններում ցանկալի արդյունք արձանագրելու նպատակով ընտրակաշառք տալու մեջ։
Նշենք, որ դատարանը այս պահին քննում է Գորիսի համայնքապետին կալանավորելու՝ ՀՔԾ–ի միջնորդությունը:
