SOCIETYԱրցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․
«Շուշիի ուղղությունից այսօր արձանագրված կրակահերթերի վերաբերյալ սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող տեղեկությունները ստուգելու նպատակով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից իրականացվել է միջադեպի վերաբերյալ փաստերի հավաքագրում։
ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչները եղել են Ստեփանակերտի Արմենավան թաղամասում, բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հաստատվել է փաստը, որ մոտավորապես ժամը 17:00-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը 4-5 անգամ կարճ կրակահերթ է արձակել ինքնաձիգից։
Տեղեկությունը հաստատել են նաև պետական լիազոր մարմինները:
Միջադեպի մասին տեղեկացվել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերը։
Առողջապահության նախարարությունից և Ստեփանակերտի զինվորական հոսպիտալից ստացված տեղեկություններով՝ միջադեպի հետևանքով տուժածներ չկան։
Ադրբեջանական կողմը, կոպտորեն խախտելով հրադադարի մասին եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, վերջին օրերին առավել հաճախ է դիմում սադրիչ գործողությունների` այդ կերպ հետապնդելով խաղաղ բնակչությանը մշտապես ահաբեկելու, վախի ու լարվածության մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու նպատակ։
Միջադեպերի քննության հստակ մեխանիզմների ներդրումը ուղղակի ահրաժեշտություն է ադրբեջանական կողմի նկրտումները զսպելու և սադրանքները բացառելու համար։
Արցախի ժողովրդի ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ադրբեջանական ոտնձգությունները ռուս խաղաղապահների և միջազգային հանրության կողմից պետք է արժանանան համապատասխան գնահատականի` այդ թվում հրապարակային»։
