ԱԱԾ և ոստիկանության համատեղ բացահայտումը
VIDEOԱզգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ոստիկանության համատեղ ձեռնարկած ծավալուն միջոցառումների արդյունքում շորթմամբ պահանջած փողը ստանալիս բռնվել է ակնաբուժական կլինիկայի վիրաբույժը։ Մասնավորապես, ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն» բժշկական կենտրոնի ակնաբուժական կլինիկայի վիրաբույժը, մի քաղաքացու անչափահաս որդուն նույն կլինիկայում, պետական պատվերի առկայության պայմաններում, աչքի վիրահատություն կատարելու համար, անցած տարվա օգոստոսին, քաղաքացուց շորթմամբ պահանջել է խոշոր չափերի հասնող՝ 250 հազար դրամ ապօրինի վարձատրություն, և սակարկումից հետո առձեռն նրանից ստացել է 225 հազար դրամ:
Բացի այդ, այս տարվա հուլիսի 7-ին նշված կլինիկայի նույն վիրաբույժը, նույն երեխային, կրկին պետական պատվերի առկայության պայմաններում, կրկնավիրահատություն կատարելու համար շորթմամբ պահանջել է խոշոր չափերի հասնող ևս 280 հազար դրամ ապօրինի վարձատրություն՝ հակառակ դեպքում հրաժարվելով կատարել վիրահատությունը:
Հուլիսի 8-ին ՔՈԳՎ, Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ու Կոտայքի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, հանրային ծառայող հանդիսացող հիշյալ վիրաբույժը պահանջած 280 հազար դրամը ստանալու պահին բռնվել ու բերման է ենթարկվել Կոտայքի բաժին: Աշխատասենյակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է շորթմամբ պահանջած գումարը։
Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել Քննչական կոմիտե:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
